The perfect week away in the countryside!

4 of 5
16 of us came to stay for a week aged between 11 - 77, we had the most amazing time and were all very sad to leave. The clean homely cottage is spacious, warm and has all the amenities you could possibly need (including enough saucepans, oven space etc. to cook an Easter roast for 16 people). It is set in an idyllic location with a lovely garden over looking fields (the swing was a big hit). The games room kept everyone entertained in the evenings along with the well maintained hot tub. Although it is in the middle of nowhere, everyone we bumped into was very friendly, including the farmers who came over to talk to the children about the cows and sheep. It is the perfect place to get away from everyday life, and we would all highly recommend it :)

Wonderful historic farm in incredible setting.

5 of 5
A fantastic place steeped in history, warm and peaceful in it's own farmland. Eddie and Clare couldn't have been more helpful and the 12 people and 2 dogs in our group had a wonderful time with beautiful walks, pubs on route and plenty of big meals around the fire when we returned from our adventures. We loved Hix restaurant in Lyme Regis and really enjoyed the Riverside Cafe in West Bay. The beer from Art brew, the microbrewery, was pretty good too. Planning something for the summer now as I hear Bridport has plenty of things happening.
