We loved the location and the welcome tea, coffee, milk and sugar. (The property gardens would benefit from a bit of weeding to make it that extra bit luxurious). The house was clean and comfortable and we'd definitely recommend it to others, but not too many people, so that we could save the availablility for our return visits. The location is very sort after because it's right on the beach.
The local activities were a bit limited...the boot sale consisted of one stall and the amusement arcades were a bit shabby and worn out. The cafe was pleasant though. There's a few handy shops and choices of takeaway as well as some traditional pubs within a few minutes driving distance. Our main reason for staying in the area was fulfilled - our visit to Arundel Castle so we were happy.
