We had the most amazing time!!

5 of 5
Our party consists of 6 adults one of which was our grandma 2 teenagers 2 children We recently stay dat this villa the facilities are really good my mum is usually rather fussy with places that we stay in when we go away but even by her standards she loved it here. Firstly the children absolutely loved the place if it wasn't the swimming pool it was badminton, tennis, snooker table, or table tennis not once did they complain about being bored which is every parents nightmare. Secondly the teenagers loved to chill poolside in their own spaces and watching tv always found something to watch on the sky tv that was provided and most importantly for the teenagers the villa comes with WIFI which is like the holy grail for them as they live on their devices and social media. Finally the adults the villa was clean so we didn't have to worry about that upon arrival, the kitchen facilities were amazing everything you would need and that all important dishwasher so none of us were stuck washing up,the second fridge provided was a god send as we used it mainly for the use of bottled water as should be expected when we travel abroad which was inexpensive from the local LIDL, an adequate table for all of us to sit down and have dinner together, a lovely living area and good-sized bedrooms with ample wardrobe space. We was also provided with two buzzers for the gate as we had two hire cars and along with this ample parking space for about 4-5 cars. Torremolinosis around a 15-20minute drive you can find loads of lovely restaurants, the beach is around a 15minute drive also, the large LIDL is bout a 5minute drive where we did a massive shop when we arrived and then used the superco which is a 2-3 min drive we used this for bread, milk and drinks mainly here there is a local village with some really lovely bakeries and coffee shops. The garden areas were nice and very presentable and also we had a groundsman come to clean pool and maintain the gardens which was quite nice as he was very friendly. i would recommend a hire car I'm 23 and was the first time driving on the right hand side of the road and being on theft hand side of the car and at first it takes some getting used to but within a day or so its quite easy and we used our mobile phones as tom-toms as they are most up to date and managed to get everywhere we needed to with prior research. Overall was very relaxing and would have loved to stay again and defiantly would come back, Thank you to your whole team!

We stayed 10 days in that beautiful villa with the whole family of 11 members. We celebrate our birthdays there, the perfect location for that. You don't wont to leave the house :-) I really recommend this beautiful location. Important for all your guests: Treat the house well!!! Thanks!

Wonderful property, wonderful location

5 of 5
We spent a wonderful, relaxing and rejuvenating eight weeks in this lovely house in a beautiful part of Andalucia. Although it was winter we were so lucky that the sun shone for us most days making it easy to enjoy our surroundings and the area in general. Casa Rosina is a traditionally built Spanish house that has been decorated simply and stylishly, the wall textiles, chair throws and floor rugs emphasise its rustic charm and reflect the owners love and knowledge of textiles. It's mix of small rooms, larger spaces and two bathrooms made it perfect, in our case, for two and expanded to five over Christmas. However it's easily large enough for six or seven. The house is also very well equipped with extremely comfy beds, two sitting rooms, books, films, games and the kitchen has everything you could need whatever your culinary skills...from squeezing your own fresh orange juice on sunny mornings to making pots of soup and cheese scones for cooler evenings! We really appreciated the provision of UK sockets so there were no worries about charging phones, cameras or iPad! Outside space consisted of two terraces, which we loved! The front terrace is very sheltered and catches the sun all day making it a perfect place for eating, drawing and generally watching the life of this rural hamlet. It overlooks ‘la fuente’ (the fountain) which runs with the sweetest water and is a draw for farmers, families, walkers and even the driver of the baker's van....all stop to fill bottles and chat with whoever happens to be there....everyone was ready with a wave and friendly 'Hola'. For more privacy and a sun trap, the 'pool' terrace is the perfect place to sit and lounge and spend peaceful time. As it was December we didn't try the pool but we could well imagine how delightful it would be, taking a dip in the heat of the summer...followed by a barbecue and, of course, a glass or two of wine! This is a great house in a great location with lots to see and do. Owners Anne and David were lovely hosts and gave us lots of information about what to see where to go and what and do. The coast is not far and on a clear day you can see the shores of Africa, cultural visits to the beautiful cities of Malaga and Granada are a must while the simpler pleasures of walking through ancient olive groves or climbing herb scented hillsides to take in the amazing views are on the doorstep of Casa Rosina.
