Super place with fantastic owner

5 of 5
Very clean, extremely comfortable and relaxing. Home away from home with all the amenities that one requires. Great pool area, very clean and very relaxing. Internet access was super. Fantastic location, only a few minutes walk from supermarket, shops and all the daily essentials. Bus stops are also very close with direct access to many places including Sliema, St. Julians, Bugibba and many more. Regretfully the bus service is not very reliable. Would therefore recommend hiring a car. Super place with fantastic owner. Palazzo Parisio is about 10 minutes walk away. Fantastic place to visit. Many other great places that Malta has to offer including mainly VAlletta and Mdina. Mario the owner was absolutely super, very kind and always available when required. He also gave us some great money saving tips. All in all definately a great holiday location with a great host. Will surely return.

Nice house in a beautiful area of Gozo

4 of 5
- perfect customer service (anytime, anyhow) - Kitchen equipment not for daily cooking (could be refurbished) - the rooms are well sized (4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and kitchen including living from) - discover Gozo with bikes is our tip - Sannat is a nice little town (the bar close to the church is our recommendation for Pizza) - Spring time at Gozo is colourful, amazing but not the time for swimming - the property was clean and well maintained - take your time and visit the cathedral of Xewkija, the church Madonna Ta pinu and so on... Thank you Donald and Grace for the organisation and the perfect customer care during our vacations.

Highly recommended

This detached Villa suited us perfectly. We wanted a quiet location away from tourists but we also wanted to avoid the need to rent a car. Trullo Alberobello is a short walk to several local shops. It was a real bonus that it is also close to a great bakery for wonderful bread, and to a pizza restaurant - 3.50 Euros for just about the best mushroom pizza I've tasted outside Naples. The Trullo is also close to bus stops for Victoria (journey time under 10 minutes) and Mgarr. We decided not to rent a car but there is ample parking if needed. It was easy to get around, using the bus, even in the evenings when we wanted to dine out. Sammys in Mgarr was favourite for great fish, and it is a short stroll around the harbour from the bus stop. The Villa itself is well equipped, clean and tidy (thank you Rosie) and the owner couldn't have been more helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. The pool was the star attraction, of course! If you want to stay in a tourist resort, this probably is not the Villa for you, but if you want to live in a sizeable village with good amenities and friendly people, Trullo Alberobello is highly recommended.
