Amazing Time

5 of 5
We had an amazing time in Umbria and this Villa was stunning, set on the top of a hill overlooking the medieval town of Spoleto. We stayed in the beautifully presented main villa and we as a family were made extremely welcome. The villa was cool to the heat and there was a wonderful view from the bedrooms to wake up to across the Umbrian Hills. The garden and pool were a good size and an adventure for our children to explore and enjoy. It was also a fantastic base to explore across Umbria and into Tuscany. In the evenings there were restaurants in Spoleto or as we did use the BBQ and dine al fresco. In short beautiful memories for us as a family and we would highly recommend.

Holiday 2013

5 of 5
We had a superholiday at Torre del falco. The owner gave us a warm welcome and provided very good service during our stay. The property and also the swimmingpool was clean, although I think it is not suitable for small children. Spoleto is a very nice town to visit. ( but it can get very hot in summer)

outstanding secret

5 of 5
As you drive deeper into the valley flanked by steep hills lined with rows of olive trees and the punctuating lilac of the Albero di Giuda, you know you're up for something unique. Tucked away up the hillside, this property is a gem. The owners have restored an old medieval "borghetto" with impeccable taste while remaining true to the original style and the surrounding landscape. Each unit has its own distinct charm, and they are all wonderfully comfortable and fully equipped with all amenities. The location is a perfect blend of privacy and centrality, allowing for easy day trips to neighboring exquisite historic sites, while making for a stay that is as peaceful and private as can be. The area is a culinary paradise, and the locally produced olive oils, meats, truffles, cheeses and the regional cuisine are nothing short of excellent. This is Italy at its best. Claudia, Francesco, Eva and Aziz are wonderful hosts who will go to great lengths to ensure that your experience is something you will look forward to repeating. And sharing, so here we go - now, don't tell anyone.
