New Year visit

5 of 5
House was wonderful, for both adults and children, the scale of the rooms was entertainment enough, but the play barn terrific, even in winter. The owners were un-fussy, left well alone unless asked, and combined with William the Conqueror's Falaise castle, the clam and mussel beaches, and the odd Camembert farm, it was superb. Beautiful house set in a quiet location

5 of 5
A really beautiful house, set in a quiet location with stunning views. There is free Wifi & English T.V. channels available but it was so nice to just switch off & enjoy ourselves by reading & enjoying the views as we walked. We look forward to staying again. soon.

Wonderful week in a home away from home

5 of 5
From the moment we were greeted by Rob and Francoise to the emotional au revoir, we had a truly wonderful time. The cottage is full of character and charm, and equipped with everything one could need during their stay. There was even a welcome pack in the fridge which went over and above what could reasonably be expected. Rob and Francoise were excellent hosts, and got the balance right between being there and allowing the guests time to themselves. The surrounding area has such variety, with so many things to see and do and places to visit, although in such a relaxing environment, we also made sure we spent plenty of time around the cottage. There is also a lovely little bar and epicerie in the adjoining village, with a charming owner, Benoit, which we enjoyed visiting. Overall, a fantastic holiday, and a place we look forward to returning to.
