Very homely accommodation

5 of 5
We have recently returned from a 3 week stay at 'Ga ga's' which turned out to be one of our most enjoyable holidays ever! The property is well designed, had everything we needed and had a lovely 'homely' feel to it. We spent many happy evenings on the decking area enjoying bbq's and playing cards! Both beds were large and very comfortable and I made good use of the ample supply of coat hangers in the spacious wardrobe. 'Ga ga's' is located just a couple of minutes from the beach so you don't have to walk far when you're in need of those well deserved lazy days sunbathing and paddling in the sea. However, the property is also well situated on the west coast for good access to other beaches via regular reggae buses. Lesley, the owner, provided us with plenty of information about the local area including places to visit, phone numbers for taxi's, etc. and good restaurants (which we put to good use!). Jordan's is the local supermarket which is about a 10 minute walk away but a short bus ride takes you into Holetown which has more shops to browse. Everyone we met was so friendly and welcoming it reminded us of how England used to be 40 years ago! We wouldn't hesitate to recommend 'Ga ga's' to anyone, families, couples or singletons. The area has something for everyone! Already looking forward to our next visit!

Holiday of a lifetime!

5 of 5
We chose Indigo Bay for a family holiday in January 2015. Upon arrival we were greeted by Glenis who showed us around the villa and operation of alarm etc. Our first impression was that the property was smaller than the website suggests however next morning when we inspected the exterior and surroundings, that became irrelavent. The location is perfect and the views spectacular. The outside area is a good size and if you want to explore the coast you only need to walk through a gate and you are on a fairly quiet beach. We stayed for 3 weeks and purchased groceries at Costuless in Warrens or for smaller purchases, the supermarket in Holetown is great. The property was maintained and cleaned regularly (Monday, Wednesday & Friday's) by Natasha and is a delightful lady. Although she is there completing her duties, she is discreet and respectful and an asset to the villa owner. The outside is maintained by "Smiley" and his duties are to keep the exterior tidy and the plants watered. Smiley does like a chat but is also a knowledgable guy so if you need Jet skis or similar, he will help you. We only dined out on five occasions as the barbecue was excellent and with the quality of the accommodation and views couldn't find a reason to not utilise the setting. When we did dine out, we would recommend the following, Lone Star (Excellent), Tides (Very Good) and within walking distance Scarlets for a casual dinner with great cocktails. Locally there are great golf courses and would recommend Royal Westmoreland and the best day out was a catamaran trip on Stiletto. We did the 3 hour trip and snorkelling with the turtles was superb. If you have a hire car, a day trip to Bathsheba and Crane Beach is stunning and the views are magnificent, particularly if the surf is up. If you fancy some live music in a beach bar on a Sunday evening, head to Mullins Beach Bar & Grill. Get there for 5 o'clock and watch the sunset before the band start playing a mixture of music suitable for all ages. The only suggestion I would make to the owner is to provide a safe and to improve the cooling option in the kitchen as it does get extremely warm if you do use the oven. In summary, a wonderful modern design villa in a great location and will definitely be returning as soon as possible. Best holiday ever!

Wonderful place

5 of 5
This is a wonderful place to stay. The place was nice and clean with 2 bedrooms and a big livingroom and a kitchen. There was 2 bathrooms with showers. The house had a wifi and washing machine. There was a very nice pool that we visited 2-3 times a day. Supermarket was down the hill 0,5 mile away next to highway from where you can go practically everywhere in the island. Accross the road from the supermarket is a Caribbean sea where you can swim or rent a jetskis or go fishing. In the house there was a nice kitchen which had all the necessary items. There was a nice terrace on the 3rd floor with nice sea view. If you want to have nice and quiet vacation i totally recommend this place. For bonus you can see every day in the mornings monkeys that wander by.
