We arrived in the early hours of the morning completely disorientated and a bit bewildered, so when we entered the Villa it soon became apparent that we had chosen well and clean, super proportioned and well fitted accommodation was presented before us.
After a well deserved sleep we awoke to the lovely sound of crickets and the Turkish pool man checking that all was well water wise, a job he does every day both morning and evening.
After a shower in the lovely new Rainforest showers that are fitted, we took a walk down to Hisaronu to stock up on supplies for lunch, to get to a good supermarket you have to walk about 10 minutes into town, its a pleasant walk and it prepared us all for the route we took most nights to the local restaurants for food.
We all had a great time at the villa, we could not fault it for anything, the property is indeed a superb dwelling with everything you could ever need either in it or a short walk from it.
The restaurants are a bit of a problem in terms of which do we try, we found that good food is served in most and its worth trying to get a discount before you go in if there is a few of you, we were eight and managed to get 20 - 25% off every meal by asking before we went in. The service is superb and if its food or the barbers shop the Turkish people we very hospitable.
Do try and get around by using the local buses, they really are fun and cheap, so offer a great opportunity to get to see some of the towns further a field like Fethiye - well worth a visit, go in the evening have a meal and look round the old bazaar afterwards great fun and you can pick up lots of great Turkish tat!!!
We have no problem in recommending this fantastically equipped villa, we really enjoyed our first time in Turkey and without doubt will be returning, thanks to Marc Field the owner we had an unforgettable holiday, many, many thanks.
