We just returned and truly had an experience of a lifetime! This private home is truly stunning and will never be forgotten. Once you spend time at this private estate, you really feel the unique nature of the home. Anyone can build a luxury home, but this property exudes character and class.
The home is spotless and the concierge tends to every request you have- We will be returning next year.

Labrise is a true world class home and offers luxury at its finest. We have traveled all over the world and can report this is a true find.
The home has a private gated entrance off the main road and is very private and secure.
The onsite concierge is a real treat and offers outstanding service.
We highly reccomend this property to others and plan to visit again in 3 months.

World class villa on the island

Labrise is simply a true luxury experience. The home sets on a large private estate style grounds and your have 100% total privacy. The home is kept to extreme standards and is always spotless. The concierge is available to assist your and your family with anything---this is an amazing resource to have as Rhonda is very helpful!
If you are considering staying here, it is worth the premium as you can expect a world class experience.

We have been to St. Maarten 4 times. The first 2 years we struggled to find the right place to stay.The past 2 years we have stayed at La Brise and will never stay anywhere else! The owners are wonderful to work with.They offer great advice & shared great secrets that they have learned about St Maarten. We just love how this home is full of life! "Life is good" when you are staying at La Brise. We were very much taken care of. More than I expected. This is above and beyond any place I have ever stayed. HIGHLY recommended!!!!

This villa is amazing, spotless and is in a great location to have some romance, some great food, more wine, and then pure delight. The owners are nice to work with and VERY responsive. I hope this helps...

Love..Love..LOVE this villa

Labrise is truly a find and the owners take very good care of this home. The home is booked at least 5-6 months out and is hard to get into for peak weeks of the year. I have stayed here three different times and will try and return each year.
Highlights of why this home/villa is so nice:
1) Unique home that is spotless and furnished perfectly.
2) Ultimate privacy and relaxation - big suites for four couples
3) Location, Labrise is located right on the main road and they have a private gate with an opener for you to use (very handy!)
4) Rhonda the Concierge, basically she leaves you alone and NEVER bothers you. However, when you want something or need assistance in planning something to do, she can arrange everything for you.
5) Location of Labrise as it is steps to Dawn Beach and many great restaurants.
I hope this review is helpful as I know that I relied on them when I booked!

Labrise is a real find..we had a private chef brought in and the concierge (Rhonda) arranged everything at no cost (we did tip her though). Another day Rhonda organized a massuse to come for $60.00 per hour, then a private car to take us to dinner.
I just can't say enough about the quality of the home versus the fee the family charges--- We already booked an off season visit in August!

I wanted to let everyone know who is considering to rent this home that it is fact as beautiful as the pictures show it to be. The home has far exceeded what I expected from a property on VRBO--this family is really sharing a jewel of home. I am still smiling from my experience at Labrise.... Richard.

The home was in perfect condition...the sleeping suites are very comfortable, climate controlled with high end beds. We enjoyed the infinity edge pool with built in swimming jets. Also, the proximity of Labrise to great French restaurants is a major plus---along with Dawn Beach being a short walk away. Daniel's by the Sea is a great dining experience (2 minutes away). We enjoyed the great snorkeling and the great beach chairs for rent.
Labrise was a truly great experience and we would come back again. The home is in pristine condition and is spotless! The concierge, Rhonda is very helpful but does not invade your privacy. We were able to go Al Natural while at Labrise. We loved the outdoor shower...

A classy way to relax and to experience island life- Labrise is a stunning luxury estate that will certainly exceed your expectations. The price the owners charge is very reasonable and is well worth it, we compared it to homes that charge 2k more per week and Labrise is nicer. Again, we loved it and will be back with our family again. (the home is great for four couples, or 8 people).
