I find Paul a very nice guy.
The apartment is very well equipped and it is perfectly positioned in London even without a car you can be in center in a half a hour trip.
A lot of different bus stop just around and 2 underground stop in five minutes.

My husband and I spent 9 days at Paul's flat in Wandsworth recently, and it was by far the best holiday rental we have had in London. We visit the UK from the US frequently to see family and friends who are spread across London and the South East.

The flat is located fantastically for trains into and out of London, London Buses and road that quickly take you out of London by car. Can't beat the transport links from there!

The flat was a great size, perfectly proportioned and safe. All working and modern appliances you need for a short stay (inc. dishwasher tablets and washing powder etc). Really liked the generous size of the rooms, plenty of space to feel at home.

The local shops are all you need for convenience, a good shopping center with restaurants and a cinema and 2 major super markets. Also Old York Road by Wandsworth Town Train Station has some fantastic local restaurants. Nearby Putney or Earlsfield also offer great amenities for evenings if you don't want the big London lights (and are 5- 10 mins away on a bus).

Paul was more than helpful with anything we needed or requests we made, a great holiday rental owner!

The apratment is very nice, very reasonable, very spacious, clean and rules are very flexible. It has all the essential requirements such as wireless, fridge, cooker, microwave, washing machine/dryer and very specious toilet. Located close to stations and shops, about 10 miniutes walk from the undergorund, and about 10 minutes bus ride to Calphan Junction. A prk is located about 5 minutes walk from the aprtment with lovely swings. We enjoyed our stay very much.
No daily maid services, but was not an issue as it is not a huge apratment and cleaning is not difficult.

This was a lovely apartment and very easily contained 3 people. It is very central and you can get quickly by bus to any important location. The Landlord lives close by so was easily available for stuff like missing keys e.t.c.

The furnishing and utensils were also very good.

Listing description was accurate, the place was clean, very comfortable, quiet neighborhood, 2mins away from bustop and shopping area.as well as internet connection 24/7. I would recommend to anyone with a small family.

We stayed in this property from the 13th to the 18th April 2010, and were nothing but disappointed. The photos in the advert are all false - they are of a completely different flat. This flat is on the first floor and faces north so there is no 'balcony in the capital sunshine'. The sofas are not huge, they are not long enough to sleep on. There is no persian carpet, no plain silk and bamboo screens, the TV is tiny with no Sky satellite or difital access. The wifi is in another flat, and so access it terrible and the connection was regularly lost.

When we arrived there was a stain on the bedsheets and only one duvet cover. The owner refused to provide more even though we had requested it in advance. The only source of hot water is an immersion heater which does not provide enough water for a full bath, and only allowed us to take one warm shower a day. The apartment is not a luxury apartment, it is pokey and small, with no sunlight and this advert is completely false and misleading.

We were totally disappointed with the quality of the flat and the owner's response, which amounted to "Well maybe you should have booked a more expensive flat". Yes, we would have booked a more expensive flat if your advert had shown how horrible your flat actually was, instead of providing an advert full of lies, and fake pictures.

A colleague and I used the aprtment whilst working in London for a week.

It suited our needs sufficiently, was clean and tidy, and the owner went out of his way to accomodate us including arranging a late check in providing internet access.

Would happily recommend.
