What a great relaxing week we had! I wish we were back there now instead of here in the rain.Rodger the owner has been a great support and has been in regular contact.
I cannot stress enough how lovely and relaxing the whole experience was and the heated pool was the best thing about it! No getting up at 6.00am to reserve a sunbed.Far enough away from the busy Aiya Napa centre but close enough to go in to it and eat and shop.
To sit on the veranda in the sun overlooking the sea in the morning with a coffee is an unbeatable experience and is definately recommended by myself and my family. Definately recommend a car and going to the local Lidl were you can get great bargains. The villa is comfortably furnished in calm soothing colours which matches the mood of the villa. Just needed more dvds for some nights in and more tv channels would have helped. Thankyou once again Rodger.

We had a great time and it was much more than we expected!
The weather was 35 degrees! And all rooms where air-conditioned so that was fine when you want to relax. We’ve played a lot of fifa 2007 on the ps2, just like @ home, but now were we surrounded in a villa whit a big pool.
We really like to come back to The Heaven someday...

We stayed at this fantastic villa 9th april 2011 for 2weeks and can homestly say what a lovely villa it is . Roger and Sarah have really thought of everything and have really made this villa a home from home. We were met at the villa by Suzanne which was a lovely added touch . We were tired and hungry after a long late day and she even recommended a take away and even took my husband to Ayia Napa to get it . That is service !
although we were VERY unlucky with the weather - great for windsurfers and ducks ! - the children still managed to jump into the wonderful pool ! brrrrr - such a shame that it could not be utiilised
properly as I can imagine on a hot day how inviting it would be. As with the great BBQ - again such a shame we were only able to use once as
all the other times we tried it was blowed out ! on a lovely hot day we
can imagine endless hours of pool fun with a BBQ,
we will have to return next year in the summer to appreciate how
wonderful this villa really is.

We spent 10 days at this beautiful villa in August and can honestly say we were very sad to leave. The villa itself was spotlessly clean, spacious, tastefully furnished and had high quality amenities with every home comfort you could imagine (and some which were a pleasant surprise, such as a wine fridge which came in handy for all the long, cool drinks by the pool!) Our party consisted of 4 adults and 2 children – we all commented that there was plenty of room, inside and out, for everyone to have their own space if they wanted it.
The outside garden and pool area was extremely private and is not overlooked from any angle. The pool itself was huge (much bigger than in other villas that we have stayed in) and was kept sparkling clean throughout our stay. We enjoyed several evenings having BBQs by the pool as an alternative to eating out, as the outside BBQ area was another excellent feature of this villa.
Even before our holiday began, our conversations with Roger and Sarah left us feeling that we knew them well and that they were taking a personal interest to ensure our holiday was a success. The same can be said for Kerri who manages the villa in Cyprus. Kerri was constantly on hand with local knowledge and gave assistance and recommendations for restaurant bookings, but was never intrusive.
This was an amazing villa that combined 5 star facilities with all the comforts of home – we will definitely be back!

I have just come back after spending two weeks at the Haven Villa owned by Roger and Sarah. It was the first time that I have rented a villa and thanks to Roger and Sarah, it will not be the last as this property is absolutely superb! It truly is a home from home, offering fantastic facilities and the luxury of a big pool. It is clear to see that Roger and Sarah have spent a lot of time and money on making this a dream location for any family that stay and have certainly set the bar high for any other companies that advertise villa properties for rent. The villas location is easy to find and is very accessable to all amenities and close to fantastic beach locations. If you are visiting Cyprus, this villa is a must!!

I would like to thank you very much for letting us use your villa last week. We had an amazing stay and the weather was brilliant as well. Kerri the manager was very friendly and helpful.
