Fine holiday 2 floor villa built on a sloped, terraced terrain surrounded by magnificent Mediterranean garden with stairs leading to seafront and a small jetty for safe mooring and bathing. Situated in a small and very quiet village with a shop and a restaurant, yet not far from the main island resorts. The villa benefits from its spacious garden with many little posts to rest and enjoy the views. Leading from a large bedroom is a spacious terrace with stunning sea view, furnished with a table and chairs to enable you to dine al fresco. With two double and one single bedroom, the villa is ideal for quiet family holiday.

Gardens are as beautiful as shown in the pictures with easy access to the fantastic stone jetty and table below for swimming in the quiet cove. (Kids, ages 13 & 11 loved the cove with all the tiny sea critter, fish, shrimp, crabs, and sea cucumbers.)Wonderful place if you are looking for privacy to relax, read,etc. No designated living room in the house, but we lived on the terrace anyway. (We were at the house in early June) Clean and well maintained, with plenty of linens and towels.
Hoof to the car is about 75 yards, but this leads to the privacy of the place...heard a Coo-coo bird every morning. Toni and his dad are helpful with luggage down and up the path to the car. (Toni, please thank your dad for the chocolate pancakes!)

A wonderful villa
This is a really beautiful villa, though access would be difficult for those who find walking hard. It is a short walk and number of steps from the road. This adds to its beauty and quietness. Swimming in the bay from the jetty is fantastic. We were a party of five and the eldest teenager made a home in the separate apartment under the veranda. The other two shared a room meaning that we had one spare bedroom. The kitchen is large and the veranda a perfect place to eat. Other tables and seating areas in the garden are perfect for reading or snoozing. When you want to leave the apartment the island of Brac has lots on offer from the more tourist oriented Bol to the quieter villages and bays. We had a wonderful time and feel privileged to have stayed there. It was sad when the time came to leave, we would like to have stayed a lot longer.

Beautiful Villa with a wonderful placing
We were very satisfied with this property. It has a wonderfull view, beautiful garden, its own beach, nice terraces and all aquipment you would need.It is placed in a quiet bay and a nice small village with a very good restaurant. We can trully recommended this Villa for a families with children or for elderly couples who like peaceful and romantic surrounding.

I think it is the nicest house we have ever stayed in, the view, the garden
and swimming from the little beach at the bottom of the garden was
fantastic. We loved the island of Brac, especially Bobovisica. I really
hope we can return again soon.
