One double bedroom, a full bathroom,family kitchen and a large living room.
The flat is a large one bedroom apartment with the possibility of adding a baby cot. There is a large family kitchen with a wooden table that can accommodate up to 6 guests. The living room is quite large and it has 2 comfortable sofas, an antique and finely decorated wooden table that can be used for a romantic dinner complete this luxurious living area. Flat screen TV equipped with satellite connection and Wi-Fi internet.
The full bathroom has a shower cabin and the bedroom has a Queen Size double bed. The wardrobe space is quite impressive as there are 2 wardrobes, one in the bedroom and another spacious one in the entrance. The entrance is prestigious as it has a beautiful Venetian multicolour antique glass door and the lobby is very large and furnished with antique prints and paintings. There is also a table and chair to be used as studio.

Fabulous-view of a small canal & perfect location!
Fabulous-view of a small canal & perfect location!We were met by Gaia, who was an absolute delight – she showed us where everything was & how it all worked, gave us great recommendations for restaurants & cicchetti bars (our favorite, the Cantine del Vino già Schiavi, was fairly close to the apt.), and made us feel "at home" from the moment we walked in.
The apartment is located close to a vaporetto stop with no bridges between the apt. & the vaporetto – perfect for rolling suitcases - and so easy to get to all the more touristy areas while still having a quiet neighborhood to return to at the end of the day.
For us, it was the perfect apartment – it has every modern convenience and comfortable furniture but also has a marvelous old-world feel. It was clean & cool & quiet, but we could open the windows & let in “life” from the small canal in front of us & listen to the laughter of children walking home from school - a great experience in every way.
