Stylishly furnished Villa with private pool, gardens, terraces & balconies

Beautifully furnished with both contemporary & traditional Turkish furniture this triplex villa has fantastic views & a large private poolside. Set in beautiful gardens of palms, flowers, citrus trees and lush snake grass borders it really is a beautiful holiday villa. The entrance level is an open planned living area furnished with Turkish day beds and a fully equipped modern kitchen with a large fridge-freezer, dishwasher, oven & gas hob. This level opens onto a large balcony overlooking the lower gardens & pool with a dining table that will sit eight & a set of terrace chairs & table ideal for evening or pre-dinner drinks. Downstairs is the bright, spacious & cool pool lounge with a sprawling modular sofa, flat screen TV, DVD & cable. There is a special treat on this level with a master bedroom with a four poster bed and shower room away from the rest of the bedrooms. Sliding doors open onto the sun-drenched pool flanked with palm trees, terraced gardens and sunbeds.

Included: The villa is equipped with towels for both use in the bathroom and the beach. Each group of guests will receive a well stocked welcome pack including, bread, butter, cheese, milk, water, tea, coffee & fruit. If you are are staying for two weeks or longer the villa will be cleaned once a week and all the bed linen and towels will be changed.

We use the services of a local management firm Aftercare, whose number we will give you, if you have any problems or questions during the stay they will be able to assist you. They also clean the pool daily and terrace as well as water the gardens.

What we can also do for you.: Organise transfers between the villa and the airport for you. The cost of these depends on exactly how many people and we can give you a quote on inquiry.

There are a lot of vehicle hire options available from jeeps and saloon cars to strange looking quad bikes with large wheels. We can organise car hire for you but tend to prefer guests to organise themselves so they get exactly what they want, we can however provide you with contact email addresses in advance so you liaise directly with the various firms in order to get everything sorted and you can be on the road if you wish from the moment you arrive.

Lastly: Like any property you can have the odd problem spring up,, if you notice anything not being the way it should be tell our wonderful local manager, Dilek, and she'll arrange to have it fixed! Pool light timer not working, light bulbs need changing, so your holiday is kept as hassle free and relaxing as possible.

Dilek will pop in as well to see each group of guests during their stay and make sure everything is ok.

To keep the place looking as good as possible about 2-3 times a month the gardeners will come. During your stay you may seem them or not all but it does keep the place looking wonderful.

Our party consisted of 2 oldies, 2 twenty year olds and 2 15 year olds. We found the villa so spacious we all had room to do our own thing. The villa was very well equipped, we had a well stocked fridge when we arrived and all the rooms were bright and clean. The view from the balcony was stunning. The pool and gardens were well maintained, the pool was cleaned daily. I would recommend this villa to anyone looking for a peaceful holiday in a relaxing atmosphere. A 5 minute walk from the villa is a small bar and restaurant called 'Mountain Valley’ they serve excellent food. The town is a further 10 minute stroll away, with many bars & restaurants, our favourites: Turkish Ivy, El Nino & the Buzz Bar in Olu Deniz
Recommended for:  Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

Stunning Villa, Stunning Location

Eight of us stayed at Villa Alexander from 11th October for one week and the photos and details do not do this Villa justice. Not only was the villa of the highest standard but so was the service offered from Marc who owns the villa, who from the first enquiry, could not of been more helpful.

The villa was beautifully stunning, offering more than enough room and space for 8 people whilst providing all the amenities and facilities you need. The first floor balcony area offered enough room for all of us to relax and watch the sun set behind the mountains after a had day around the pool or at the Blue Lagoon.

In terms of location, Hisaronu is really only a 10 minute walk away and is perfect for bars, restaurants and a livelier night out. For that more relaxed dining experience Olu Deniz is a short bus or taxi ride away. You can walk to the main road within 3-4 minutes to flag down a bus or at the bottom of the road where the Villa is situated is a 'Taxi Call' point where you can press a button and a taxi will arrive in no more than 5 minutes (that was the maximum time it was for us anyway).

The Blue Lagoon is a 10 minute stroll from the beach front of Olu Deniz and this is where we spent most of the holiday during the day - an absolutely stunning part of Turkey which is a must-see whilst here.

I would definitely recommend the Villa to family and friends, not just based on the villa itself but it's location and the customer service provided by Marc. Personally, I rarely go back to an area I have visited but for here I would make an exception!

A Great Find! 3rd Stay at Villa Alexander

This was our 3rd stay at Villa Alexander. The Villa is light, airy and extremely spacious (even though just the two of us) with a large group, there would be PLENTY of room. Sitting out on the veranda is wonderful and the kitchen is modern and well equipped. The bathrooms are also very modern and spacious (the shower is fantastic, especially after a hot day in the sun) In fact the villa has everything you need. The small welcome basket and essentials in the fridge is a wonderful touch, especially when arriving late at night. The garden is lovely and private with a great sized pool. Marc is an absolute pleasure to deal with!! He is friendly, efficient and answers all questions quickly and professionally. The pick up to and from the airport is also extremely convenient and friendly. Dilek who looks after the property was always there to resolve any queries and was very helpful, efficient and spoke good English. The villa is highly recommended, whether you want peace and quiet in a mountain village or the hustle and bustle of the surrounding towns.
Owner's Response: About 30-40% of my bookings are made up of returning guests which is great sign of how good we are keeping the offering.

This must be our third stay at this villa and it really doesn't disappoint. Marc is always fantastic in handling the bookings, booking the transfers and his local manager Dilek is so helpful that it is like having a private concierge service. The place is kept in very good condition with the gardens offering a fantastic degree of privacy around the pool. Apart from the actual high standard of the villa the other thing that keeps us coming back is the location. It's private and quiet but handy for everything from the beaches and small local shops to getting a bit further field to explore new places or back to some of our favourite stomping grounds. Love the Blue Lagoon, the fishmarkets, Kayakoy and getting back to our favourite bars and restuarants. Already planning our trip back next year.

Villa Alexander
My husband and I visited ‘Villa Alexander’ for a fantastic week of fun and relaxation as part of our long Honeymoon to Turkey.
The villa is first class and a real ‘home from home’, all mod cons and beautiful bathrooms. The Villa was clean and exceeded our expectations in all manner of ways.
We loved the way it was decorated; V modern with additional Turkish touches e.g. colourful glass lamps and days beds.
The villa felt very private but also safe as was surrounded by other villas in the area.

We spent a lot of time enjoying the swimming pool and large terrace area but equally it was easy to get out and about by foot, Dolmus and Taxi.

Once we got our bearings (which took about 3 days wandering up and down hill!) we regularly walked to Ovacik for some lovely meals, further on to Hisaronu for shopping (do not buy from Monday market- better quality handbags in the shops). Within 10 minutes of leaving the villa you can be on a Dolmus and for around 80p get down to Oludeniz with it’s gorgeous beach, amazing sunsets and the Blue Lagoon.
We highly recommend the villa and the surrounding area for couples, families or anyone seeking sun, beautiful scenery and relaxation.

In Ovacik we recommend: 3 Cheers, Angels
In Oludeniz: Buzz Bar, Help (for Cocktails) and Jade Residence for a V romantic meal.

All in all an amazing holiday with countless memories to treasure, can’t wait to return!

This was my second trip to turkey, after staying in this villa I doubt I would stay anywhere else on my return holidays to turkey! It is even better than the photos which are very Impressive! I went for a week with 7 friends and as this was the first time any of us had stayed in a villa abroad we were unsure with what to expect! From the first contact with the owner marc I knew it was going to be a great week spent in turkey. He was so helpful sorting all our transfers and giving us tips as to the surrounding area and all that was before booking!

The Villa is in a great location just a short Jump on a bus to olu Deniz and a few minutes walk to hisoranu so definitely the best of both worlds! The villa itself is beautifully decorated and furnished and from top to bottom is top class! With plenty of essential food for our arrival this was a welcome sight as we arrived fairly late!

Any problems or questions we had whilst there were answered by DIlek she was fabulous always available via phone we text her about our departure transfer and she popped round to see if we were having a great time and if we needed anything!

Great villa which made our holiday amazing, will definitely be going back!

This is our second holiday at this villa and it certainly won't be our last. The villa is huge spanning three floors of living areas, bathrooms and bedrooms and everything about the place is fantastic. The gardens give the pool a really good degree of privacy but also don't impact on the amount of sun around the pool which is really good. The offering is very comfortable but also stylish. The Turkish people that you meet are really friendly and Marc & Dilek between them make the whole experience of booking and staying incredibly easy. There are loads of good restuarants around from walking distance to a cab ride away so you are never short of choice. On top of all this it is a great area of Turkey with Roman ruins, Greek Tombs, Ghost Towns and an endless choice of things to do. Would we recommend this place, absolutely!

We'd been looking forward to our holiday at Villa Alexander since we first booked and were not disappointed in the slightest. The villa is deceptively large from both the pictures and also when you arrive at the outside. White-washed walls and beatiful gardens greet you upon arrival. The entry level where the kitchen and upstairs living areas are very impressive as is the big terrace with the dining room table and tub chairs. The bathrooms are great and unlike other places we've been more then enough hot water for all six of us to have showers after days on the beach or by the pool. The pool is very private and surrounded by gardens and hedges but a real sun-trap. The bedrooms were all large and comfortable and we loved the four poster bedroom! The villa is very quiet and set back from things but easy to get everywhere with the location so trips to the beach and also out for dinner were easy. Dilek was fantastic and Mark the owner was great from the first contact, both recommended restuarants on request, transfers were booked and the whole experience just easy. Would definitely come back.

We spent two weeks at the villa from 6/7 - 20/7. Had a great time. The villa is lovely and spacious and I loved the middle floor with its outdoor area. We felt that parts of the villa could be "touched up" a little but, on the whole, it's a great base. The bathrooms and kitchen are beautiful. The pool is also beautiful and very clean - it is attended to daily but do leave some time getting into the pool after chemicals have been added or you will find your swimwear turns yellow! We loved the fact that the gardens make the villa feel so private and not overlooked. The nearby town of Hisaronu was a little disappointing for us but we loved OluDeniz itself and the Buzz Bar and Grill in paticular. We would come back here again without question.

Had a brilliant 2 weeks at Villa Alexander, from time of booking to time of leaving everything ran smoothly. We were a family of 7 ranging in ages from 17 to 53 and the villa and Hisaronu was everything we needed. The villa was fantastic very spacious, clean and well equipped, the pool was a brilliant size and even though the villa had neighbours it felt secluded due to the beautiful gardens which gave it a sense of privacy. It was really well located 10 minute walk from the main town of Hisaronu which had plenty of great bars and restaurants with excellent food at really reasonable prices and the turkish people go out of their way to make you feel so welcome. If you don't wish to venture into town there are lovely hotels next to the villa which all do lovely meals and again at reasonable prices. For the past few years we have spent our holidays in Mexico which have been all inclusive so where a bit worried about going back to self catering but this villa was as good as 5* which really helped make the holiday great. The owner Marc organises your pick and return journey from and to the Airport which is a big help. Another positive thing is if you wish a night in at the villa you are handy to pop into town and pick up takeaway which we did a few times and again reasonable prices. Overall a fanatastic holiday at a fantastic villa in a fantastic location.
