Very modern 3 bedroom house with pool. All rooms are with big private shower rooms.
The views from the house are spectacular. This house is fully equipped and with air-conditioning. Big terrace with a big table, overlooking a lake. The grounds include a variety of flowers, fruit trees and plants, as well as two lakes where wild ducks feel at home surrounded by plenty of other local birds living happily in a 3.4 hectares of land with mountain and far distance views of the sea and the city of Faro.
We are always very happy to receive people who have an interest in nature and we are constantly adding more garden plants, fruit trees and ornamental trees to make our clients feel more enjoyment out of their holidays. The reviews of our clients give us more strength to carry on giving back to nature and improve all our living.

A Very Special Place

Most of the superlatives to describe this beautiful villa have already been used by others but I'll try to add a few.
The villa exceeded our expectations and we really enjoyed our stay which, sadly, was all too short. The villa is extremely well furnished and equipped and is in a fabulous location set in the hills overlooking Faro and the sea beyond. The views are breath-taking and being able to enjoy them whilst sat out on the deck having breakfast (or simply lying in bed) was a wonderful experience.
The ducks in the pond kept us amused with their springtime ‘antics’ and the acrobatic swallows swooping over the pond were fascinating. The resident pair of Little Owls were also interesting - you could almost set your clock by them!
We didn't actually try the pool as there was generally a cool breeze blowing but it was tempting!
We did some touring around as this was our first time in the Algarve and will definitely be going back again. If you're into birdwatching or simply want to go somewhere for a nice walk there are loads of sites along the Ria Formosa but there's a fabulous reserve area at the 'Parque Natural da Ria Formosa' just east of Olhao on the N125 - turn right on Avenue Parque Natural da Ria Formosa, keep straight on over the railway line and you'll find it on your left (grid ref 37.032921,-7.82204).
We did unfortunately have a bit of trouble locating the villa it as my satnav insisted on sending me to Estoi via the minor roads from the south and then we got a bit confused – it was dark when we arrived. If I had ignored the satnav and simply followed Eduardo's directions it would have been simple to find (make sure you don't turn off the N2 for Estoi until after you've gone under the motorway).
Thank you Eduardo and Clara, we hope to visit again.

Our little slice of heaven

We arrived at this beautiful villa two overworked stressed English people and left fully immersed into the Portuguese way of life...having eaten to many Patel da natal and drinking too much port and almond cake, but definitely read to face a busy Christmas a new year.
We cannot say a big enough thank you to Eduardo and Clara for their warm welcome and all the care and attention that have put into delivering this fantastic villa, we had so much fun exploring the grounds meeting the sheep and chickens and cooking the amazing fresh eggs.
The views are spectacular, and you are treated to a amazing display of the local wildlife, kingfishers, ducks, herons, owls and birds to many to mention, the outside spaces are immaculate and we spent many a day enjoying the pool... yes even in November . The pool is much bigger than the photos suggest and the warm breeze picks up the scent of the beautiful planting around the villa.
The inside of the villa is spotless and has everything you need and more , most days you just don’t want to leave , but leave you must, as this is a great base to explore the Algarve and it is not to be missed..., the Saturday market at Loule recommend by Eduardo was amazing.
We have been lucky enough to have travelled to some beautiful places , But I don’t remember ever felling as sad to leave a place as we did leaving this villa, we wish we could keep it a secret ..., so if you are in two minds about booking..Just do it, and you truly believe you have found a little slice of heaven?

It is very encouraging to carry on seeing all this happening, but the human love that you, our clients, give to all this, is worth more then anything else and makes us run even more, to make Bemposta what it is.

We were looking for a relaxing short break not far from home and were very fortunate to spot a gap in the booking calendar for this beautifully landscaped hideaway.

We stayed here for one week in april, and had the time of our lives. The house is very very nice , very clean, functional and has all the comfort you need. It is located in a quiet area , the surroundings are extremely beautiful . You can enjoy the company of ducks and frogs in the pond which is very amusing. The view is simply breathtaking. The owners are very welcoming and friendly and always prepared to help you. We had an unforgettable time here and we 'll definitely be back.

A contemporary dream retreat.

Stayed with my wife and two children 16 & 21. From the pictures I was expecting something rather special. The villa did not disappoint.
It is situated in Estoi a quiet village which 15 minuets drive from Faro airport so a car is a must.
On arrival we were greeted by Eduardo and his wife Clara. Both are a charming couple who are keen to make sure your stay is a pleasant as possible. Edurado took us on a tour of his orchards with grapes, apples, limes, watermelon, olives and some bizarre exoctic fruits. He made it clear that they were here for the taking and we were to help ourselves.
We then settled down and unpacked. Property was pristine and everything inside was well thought out. It comprised of three generous double bedrooms all with en suits and a large lounge kitchen equipped with satellite TV. The views are breathtaking and the plot very quiet. The town of Faro and the sea could be seen on the horizon and looked beautiful at night.
The plung pool in the photos looked tiny but in reality it is more than sufficient for a few lengths and was much larger than it looked.
There is a mini supermarket in the nearby town or a Lidl few KM away for more substantial shopping.
We found this a great base to explore the Algave as it’s quite central to get east or west.
No one wanted to leave when the time came & I really didn’t want to write a review as I don’t want anyone else to find this. Will definitely be back and Edurado & Clara sorry but my son ate all your grapes.

Perfect wonderful modern cozy house, magical views

Maybe the most beautufil holyday house I'veever stayed.
The house is new, modern designed with very nice top details, full-equipped, with high quality furniture - specially king size bed matress and fine cotton linen, and beautiful and practical terrace furniture too. It has a nice swimming pool, not very big indeed, but it has a relaxing and beautiful lake with ducks, fishes, frogs.
There are also fantastic scape views of the city of Faro, and the sea, which are top of the rock at night, with the city lights, the dark sea and full moon lightinhg your cocktails at the terrace... it's almost magical.
On the state there also are lots of paths to walk around, and fruit trees to serve yourself
The house is on a extremely quite area, just a 15 minutes walk to the charming town of Estoi, and only 10 minutes access by car to the main highway of the Algarve, so its location is just perfect for travelling all over the algarve by car, which by way, it's needed for the stay, as there are poor public transport connections from Estoi.
Eduardo and Clara were absolutely perfect hosts, extremely kind and always worried about everything was at our taste. They live on the other sideof the lake, in a beautiful house, inside the same estate, so it's perfect if you need anything from them, but they also let you have full intimity which is very much apreciatted.
Having travelled through all the southern coast of the algarve, I can't really imagine a better location and a more confortable and beautiful house than this to spend a holiday break in the algarve.
All my best wishes and thanks fo Eduardo and Clara for making us have a perfect stay in your house by the lake.

Perfekter Urlaub in einem modernen Haus

Alles ist wie in den Bildern und der Beschreibung.
Die Lage ist perfekt für Meschen, die sich entspannen und Ruhe genießen wollen.
Das Haus ist modern, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr hochwertig ausgestattet.
Ich war für eine Woche allein in dem Haus - kann man machen, aber Platz ist wirklich für mindestens 6 Menschen.
Und der Blcik ist traumhaft:von der Terrasse aus sieht man zuerst nur grüne Hügel, dann in einiger Entfernung Faro und dann das Meer.
Ich werde es auf jeden Fall guten Freunden weiter empfehlen.

Wir möchten bei dieser Bewertung weniger auf die Umgebung und die Möglichkeiten zum Einkaufen, Baden oder sonstiges eingehen, sondern uns auf die Unterkunft als solches sowie auf die Betreuung durch Clara und Eduadro eingehen. Nur so viel: Ein Auto ist unbedingt notwendig!
Zunächst kann man sagen: Alle Bilder halten das, was sie versprechen!
Jetzt aber in Kurzform unsere Bewertung:
- Das Haus sehr ist liebevoll und mit Blick auf´s Detail eingerichtet
- Pro Schlafzimmer ein Bad --> alles prima und alles vorhanden was man so braucht
- Alles ist sehr sauber und gepflegt
- Die Einrichtung der Küche ist mehr als ausreichend
- Die Lage des Anwesenes ist sagenhaft und man hat ausreichend Möglichkeit, sich zurückzuziehen und zu entspannen
- Der Pool ist nicht der größte, aber völlig o.k.
- Letztendlich ideal zum Ausspannen und Erholen mit super Blick ins Tal
- Clara und Eduardo waren sehr zuvorkommend und tolle Gastgeber. Bei Fragen oder Wünschen hatten sie immer ein offenes Ohr.
Als Fazit kann man sagen:
Nachdem wir schon einige Unterkünfte in der Algarve ausprobiert hatten, sucht dieses neue Domizil (auch in dieser Preisklasse) seinesgleichen und kann nur empfohlen werden! Mit keinen Kindern sollte man allerdings aufpassen, da die zwei Teiche - oder wohl eher kleine Seen - Gefahrenpotential bieten. Wir waren ohne Kinder unterwegs und könnten alles in Ruhe genießen.
Kurzum:
Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt, rundum gut betreut und gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Wir werden wieder kommen!

Vraiment un petit bijou !
Les propriétaires sont vraiment très sympas et leurs conseils ( resto, endroits à voir ) sont précieux !

Prachtig huis in een schitterend landschap.

Het huis is veel mooier als beschreven wordt. Het is van alle gemakken voorzien, wij waren met 6 volwassenen en 2 kleine kinderen en hadden ruimte in en om het huis voldoende. Alle kamers zijn van airco voorzien. Het huis was zeer schoon en voorzien van mooi linnengoed, ook werd het tussentijds nog eens grondig schoongemaakt en van schoon linnengoed voorzien. Het huis ligt in een prachtige omgeving en het uitzicht is schitterend. Ook voelden wij ons er veilig want het huis en het grondstuk waarop het staat was goed beveiligd. De eigenaren Eduardo en Clara zij heel lieve en vriendelijke mensen die altijd voor je klaar staan. Wel is een auto nodig.
