t is a nice place, and location quite convenient - as it is quiet and
ideal for people to have a relaxing break - reading / sunbathe near
the pool - and handy to have the shop on site for all the basics. And,
it's also close to Bulgaria's biggest resort, with all associated
attractions.

Very well managed site with helpful staff, who are willing to go out
of their way to sort out any niggles.

Apartments are good and generally clean, and you can get a good
through breeze to cool it down if you don't wont the aircon on.

Will definitely recommend

had a great time first time in bulgairia deffinately going again and in the same apartment if not possible the same complex .the owners and holiday makers and staff all very friendly no throwing your towel down on a sunbed when you come back from a night out to save it for the morning . a very spacious pool and very quiet and relaxing complex if you need to go to the beach there is a bus that leaves the apartments and it only takes 5 mins . very cheap beer and food is very plentiful very difficult not to have a starter with your meal as they are so good but be warned you wont finnish your main course all i can say is thanks geoff and lucille for a great 2 weeks.

Peaceful and picturesque surroundings whilst being only 5 mins away from the bright lights of Sunny Beaches bars and restaurants and of course the beach!!

I can honestly say this has been one of the best holidays I have had and that includes my family and the other family that were with us. The complex at Nessebar view is very clean. The Bean Team do a marvellous job - Mr Bean is a god send - he sleeps in October~!! . The flats are great all looking onto the pool. Couple of matters I have addressed with the owner and he has informed me that these are still be looked into and trying to resolve. Nothing serious just needin a wee bit tweeking here and there but the management team are dealing with it. This should not put u off holidaying here. We had 4 teenage girls with us. they had a ball. Plenty of pubs and clubs for them. We did not see any trouble in party square where all the action takes place. Everything is well organised. Eating out is fantastic. You must go to D'Janny's. be there early always busy and you cannot book table. The chinese rest in party square is also good along with the Condor just along from where the shuttle bus drops u off at the supermarket. Beautiful beach - very clean - do not buy anything off the vendors on the beach. Also do not take fruit from the people who have fruit in baskets. You may encounter some begging but honestly I have seen worse in other places so just walk past them. The supermarkets are very cheap - The shuttle bus will take you to one and pick u up an hour later. It is really good for everything u need.
My only comment to make on the shop keepers is that they do not haggle with you over prices very much - they are very strict on prices of goods.
You must take a trip on the service bus to Old Nessebar. Lovely little shops and resturants. Full of quaint little alleys - this is a little harbour town and is over 2500 years old. enjoy a nice lunch or dinner here. We also went the other way on the bus to ST Vlas. It is also lovely - duncan and I had a nice meal in a little steak house. Really nice - you must take the opportunity and visit both - only 1 lev on the bus.
We found that the people in the complex very helpful and we also found that after a week we were giving tips to new people. So all in all this was fantastic and would defin return to Sunny beach. Go and book up and enjoy the experience - esp if you have kids of all ages - something for everyone!!!!

Me and my boyfriend stayed at this apartment in the first 2 weeks of July. We had a wonderful time. The apartment was spacious and clean. It was equipped with everything we needed for our holiday. The guide folder which was in the apartment was very useful for things to do and where to eat.

The pool and surround area was lovely. We never had any problems getting a sun longer anytime of the day. The complex had a restaurant which served good food at a reasonable price. The shop in the complex had closed down thought the mini bus service would take you to the local supermarket to get everything you would need.

The apartment was situated 5 minutes away from the main strip in sunny beach. This is where all the pubs, clubs and restaurants were. Huban the local taxi driver would take you there and pick you up anywhere. He was always very helpful, would recommend places to go and his prices are around half the price of other taxi drivers. If out and about in sunny beach we would definitely recommend Djannys restaurant for something to eat. Service, food and price are all excellent at Djannys.

We were a family of 4 (children aged 11 and 13) visiting Bulgaria for the first time in search of guaranteed sun. We were not disappointed there! One thunderstom in two weeks, apart from that hours and hours of sunshine. Sunbathing recommended from early morning until approx 11am - after that it just got too hot for me until approx 3pm. Lunchtime temp well in the thirties.

Apartment is very clean and tidy with all mod cons provided. Balcony overlooks pool so you can keep an eye on your kids. Ours particularly liked swimming after 9pm when the pool lights came on. Small bar and restaurant on site. Mainly families with children and teenagers when we visited. Friendly, but not in your face. Mainly Irish and British. No nightlife to speak of at the complex, but that suited us perfectly. No noise to keep you awake at night.

Approx 1.5 miles to the town and perhaps another half mile to the beach. Transport is via shuttle bus from the apartment complex which runs on the hour from 10 am to 1pm and from 5pm to 8pm. Returns at ten past each hour, though there are a limited number of pick up points. This will cost you 5 levs per adult per day for unlimited trips, or you can buy weekly cards for 30 levs per adult. Children go free. Be prepared to stand, especially on the popular 5pm and 8.10pm runs. And hang on tight!

The beach is pretty crowded and unfortunately pretty littered with cigarette butts and drinks cans. Lots of loungers available though you will be charged for these. My tip is to get to the beach approx mid-afternoon, sit on the sand near the waterline, until you see someone vacate a couple of loungers then bag them before someone else does. The people with the clipboards appear to operate some kind of numbering system and if yours has been paid for once already that day, you're likely to get away with it.

Lots of restaurants and bars, specialising in foods from all over Europe and beyond. No particular recommendations, take your pick, they can be pretty variable. All staff speak enough English for you to get by. And German, Russian, Polish and Czech amongst others! Lots of people raved about a restaurant called Djanny's and people do queue every evening. The place was total let down for me - they have no idea what to do with veg and the service was pretty surly. My advice: skip it and save enough for two meals elsewhere.

Overall: Recommended for families, couples or groups looking for sunshine and economy.
