We have just spent 2 weeks in this apartment and had a wonderful time. The accommodation lived up to the details. The bedding and towels were plentiful and the apartment was well stocked with everything you would need for self catering. The terrace was a wonderful relaxing place to sit and look over the coastline. The apartment was well placed for using public transport into Monaco/Nice or Italy. I would highly recommend this as a place to stay.

I am becoming addicted to Menton and this lovely apartment. It’s the third time we have stayed here and absolutely love it. The wrap around terrace is huge and views over the bay and mountains are amazing. It is so peaceful and restful; we relax as soon as we arrive. I love the fact that I can walk just a few minutes to the Boulanger and buy fresh croissants every morning. Mind you, getting out of bed is hard as it is so comfortable. It is huge and one of those Temper type of memory foam beds so amazing. We want to get one of them for our own bed at home now that we have experienced how great they are.

Finding some beers or wine in the fridge is always wonderful welcome too. The lady who handles the handover is a sweetheart and very helpful.

My daughter loves the small merry go round / carousel in Menton and we regularly walk the 15 minutes along the beach into town so she can ride on it. The underground garage is very handy too and with a beach, playground and supermarket just a couple of minutes’ walk from the front door, it’s a perfect location for us.

Overall I highly recommend this apartment.

Rely fresh, and all modern facility, top floor with a fantastic terrace give you a perfect view over Mentone, and a part of Mediterranean, also a perfect place to spend late evenings.
I must say we absolutely will try to come back.

This unit was very nice. The renovation was beautiful. We enjoyed the outside spaces and the views were great. The building is dated but once you are in the unit, it is fine. The property is not in Menton but in Roquebrune-Cap Martin, though close enough to Menton to walk there. The parking was great, though get a small car as it is a typical French parking space designed for smaller cars. The caretakers who checked us in were wonderful. Helpful, on time and very kind and friendly. Our biggest problem was the lack of Wi Fi. We own our business and needed to communicate so we had to drive to McDonald's (about a mile away) so this was a hassle. For the price of WiFi which is very inexpensive, I don't know why the owner does not have it. There is no air conditioning though most nights it was cool enough. Overall a pleasant experience and Menton is an amazing city.

We lived in the apartment in week 29, 2011 - and really enjoyed our stay there.
The apartment is within walking distance to everything in Menton (it lies on the border to Cap Martin). 5 mins to restaurants, 5 minutes to nearest beach and approx. 10 mins walk to the center of Menton.
We would like to stay here again.

We (parents & 2 kids 10/5) spent a week and really enjoyed it. We have been on vacation on the French Riviera for many years.
Booking was easy and communication with owner was pleasurable. All question were answered promptly and we were correctly advised of any special situations.
Upon arrival we were greeted by the housekeeper, who was very charming and explained the features and peculiarities.
We found everything to be just as described and working well. Our kids liked the fantastic view from the terrace, parents enjoyed privacy afforded by the large room and en-suite bathroom and great kitchen.

We had a great time and hope to be able to return in the not too distant future.
