From the time of looking for a villa, Ena the owner answered all our queries very quickly and in full. The great communication carried on after booking and she even arranged for a cake, some wine, banners and balloons for our arrival as it was my husbands 50th birthday.

When we got to the villa we were met by Michele who looks after the property. She was fantastic and was at the end of the phone all through the stay, answering any questions we had.

The villa itself is beautiful and in a lovely quiet location. It was very clean and well maintained. The villa is well equipped and we made good use of the pool and the bbq throughout the week.

It is a bit of a walk to the Atlantico Centre which would have been ok for us but would have been a bit far for my 81year old mother-in-law. Luckily big taxis are plentiful (our party consisted of 5 adults) and the free bus from the Elba Palace hotel is only 5 minutes walk away.

The only drawback we found was that there was no BBC, ITV etc on the satellite, although obviously we didn't go on holiday to watch tv but it would have been good to be able to keep up with the news etc.

From the beginning there was poor communication from the owner, also from the so called villa manager Michelle, the villa itself if little bit far from 5 stars luxury. The beds were the basic and outdated, we could feel springs pushing against your body lying on them, the walls were dirty, also there was light bulb missing in one of the night table lamps. Hardly we can talk about luxury by not supplying hand wash in both bathrooms, not talking about the toilet paper for group of 6. Maintenance of the this villa is also of low quality, water leak on the pavement (which happened just upon our arrival) leaking shower heads where they attach the main unit and so on. Positive is only quiet surroundings and nice view but I am afraid that's all, we could see many more well presented places, and also far more better approach of neighbour owner towards his guests staying at his place.

Just got back tonight, and must say the whole family had a really good time and thoroughly enjoyed the villa and pool.

From our first contact with Winston and Ena back in February to giving the keys back to Michelle on our departure on July 16th 2011 there was great communication, information and courtesy. When one books a holiday oneself there is a certain apprehension about getting the place as described on the web-site. But Villa Rhianna was all we expected and more. Fantastic location on a raised area with the cooling breeze flowing through the open windows made this villa the most comfortable place we have holidayed so far. The three bedrooms are spacious and clean. The dining/lounge area is open and bright and having a separate kitchen meant cooking was hassle free. The pool area has plenty of space around it for sun bathing. We couldn't keep our twin 10yo girls out of the private pool, which was big enough for all to either relax or mess around in.
From a family point of view Caleta was a good choice for us. Lots of restaurants, easy access to the huge beach (although we used the beaches behind the Alantico Centre for convenience) and plenty of things to do. Although car hire is not a must, because of the central location of Caleta, having a car greatly adds to the enjoyment of fuerteventura as there is plenty of things to see around the island.
Finally.......Michelle. Winston and Ena you have a diamond in this lady. Friendly with a smiley face and always on hand to help with information and advice. It's always very re-assuring when one goes on holiday to have someone there who will look after you and Michelle fits the bill perfectly.
We will recommend Villa Rhianna to all our friends and to everyone who would like a relaxing, friendly 5* holiday.

Just returned (family of 5) had a great time villa spot on area quiet and peaceful we had a very relaxing week. Will def return for winter sun! Plenty of stuff to do at shopping centre for young children.

I, along with my friend and three children have just returned from a one week stay at Villa Rhianna - to say it was truly amazing is an understatement. The villa was spacious, clean and met all our needs. The description of it is spot on and it is situated in a very quiet, peaceful and safe area. I would thorougly recommend this property and the owners Winston and Ena ensured our stay was enjoyable. The island itself is awesome, with its breathtaking scenery, hot climate and laid back atmosphere. One word of warning should you be planning a trip to the Water Park in Corralejo - it is closed for the year. Travelling by public transport across the island is simple, cost effective and a great way to meet the local people. I will definitely be returning and would give the whole experience 9 out of 10.

Just got back from a week at this fantastic Villa. Very Spacious and very clean inside and out. The pool area is amazing. Its in a lovely quiet area. A few mins walk away is the Elba Golf Hotel where you can catch a free bus to the town which only takes about 5 mins to get there. The views from the pool side are of the golf course and the sea. The villa has everything and more! We advise you to book this villa, you wont want to come home!

stayed at villa rhiana feb 2009 for two weeks webb site description spot on. villa spacious and clean. pool was great just big enough for swimming needs to be heated in winter mounths. plenty of sun bathing area sun all day.great veiws.golf course in great condition 4min walk away about £50 per round about 15 min walk to lovely beach safe for young children and bars,25min to main town.get the timetable for the free bus from the hotel on golf course 4min walk from villa saves your legs and arms when you want to nip down to the supermarket try the prawns and meat realy good. great restaurants in main town.steak house restaurant in street where sat market is try the grilled sole or mixed meat on skewer get there before 7oclock can get realy packed
