Fantastic time at the Villa Erin
We have had a great time at the Villa Erin.
The location of the villa was really convenient to discover Croatia.
The villa was perfect to relax and chill out after sightseeing.
The children have really enjoyed the pool and we were truly amazed by the calm and serenity of the vicinity.
We would love to return one day and would strongly recommend the Villa Erin...

Villa Erin is a perfect hideaway
We had a wonderful time in Villa Erin and we are looking forward to coming back one day. It's a perfect place to repose and to relax for there is pure nature all around. The word stopps rushing at that peaceful refugium.
The house is very modern and comfortable. Our children loved it.

A Wonderful Rustic Escape
From The moment Villa Eirn came into veiw we fell in love with it. We arrived on our family holiday in April while the weather was still quite mild as we had a young baby and did'nt want it to be too hot. The Villa itself is large and spacious and contained everything we needed. With its beautiful beams and pen hearth fire it possessed a certain rustic charm thats hard to find in a property let. Tha Villa was spotlessly clean with an excellent supply of fresh clean laundry for our stay, and the exterior wth its functional barbeque and lovely pool was perfect for a relaxing evening chilling in the warm Isrtrian nights. I found the customer service excellent during our time there. The area itsefl is wonderful with a wide array of tourist attractions and fabulous restaraunts catering for everyones palette. One of our favourites being the Limski kanal Fjord, A fantastic restaraunt in a beautiful setting. We toured around quite a bit making our way to the lovely waterside town of ravinj o the stunning picturesque hill top Village of Groznan.
I would highly reccomend this Villa and area as a holiday destination for someone looking for more than the average "package holiday". Its so good we will return someday!
P.S Dont forget to try the roast suckling pig sold at the side of the road or the scrunptous ice-cream parlours throughout the area. It is a truly mouth watering and unforgettable experience.

Fabulous holiday in Villa Erin
We wanted to thank you again for all, we had a fabulous time in Croatia and will definitely go back...
The Villa Erin was ideal and the entire family was pleased with the facilities. The surroundings were gorgeous and we have truly enjoyed every single day of these family holidays.

Best holiday property we have ever stayed in
We spent a wonderful holiday in Villa Erin this year and are hoping to book again for next summer.
The property is beautiful, really well equipped, well maintained, spotlessly clean and comfortable with everything you could need. There are some very nice pieces of furniture in the house and you can see that the house has been furnished to the highest standards, not just your typical rental property.
It's perfect for those seeking a peaceful location but yet not in the middle of no where. There are some great restaurants and coastal/mountain villages all within a short drive.
We would go as far as to say it's the best holiday property we have ever stayed in. Just wish we could've stayed longer, but we will be back.

A lovely house in a remote, beautiful area
My family and I really enjoyed our holidays at Villa Erin. The house was excellently equipped, and the pool was wonderful! And the villa is positioned in very near to Porec, as well as Rovinji, which are great cities to visit to do some sightseeing and do some shopping. The house itself was in good condition, except maybe not always quite as clean as I had hoped. But it was still in good enough condition. My family would have loved to have air conditioning, but I am personally not a big fan of it. But that could be counted as somewhat of a downside to Villa Erin. The other downside were the scorions that made a regular appearance around the house, which we all found terrifying, as we are not used to seeing them. However, this can hardly be changed. A note in the book with all the informations about the area would have been good, just to know if the scorpions are acutally poisonous, or not. However, otherwise, this book was very comprehensive and an interesting about the history of the area, typical foods, and places that are worthwile to be visited.
So overall, we loved our holiday at villa Erin, and would recommend others visiting as well. Thank you very much.

Owner's Response: I have been in touch with Antonia regarding her feedback to address her concerns. It is of the utmost importance to us that all guests are comfortable in Villa Erin and the property is maintained to the highest standards.
We were very surprised to hear that the house was not as clean as they had hoped. This is the first such comment we have received since renting the house out and this has been passed on to our Property Manager for on going quality checks.
Please note that if our guests have any issues with Villa Erin, we request that this is reported to our Property Manager on arrival and any problems can immediately be rectified.
With regards to the air conditioning, this has never been listed as available and we have deliberately chosen not to install air conditioning in Villa Erin as we believe this is not in keeping with the “olde rustic traditional ” appearance of the property. Fans are provided for warm summer nights.
As the property is in a rural location, it is to be expected that there will be wildlife in the area. We sometimes see scorpions, grasshoppers, crickets, frogs, spiders, etc. Please note that the scorpions and other wildlife in the vicinity are totally harmless. We will arrange for this re-assurance to be included in the guest information for next season; this is an excellent sugestion.
Overall, we are pleased that Antoina and her family loved Villa Erin and had a wonderful vacation. Thank you again for your feedback and recommendation to others.

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage
Wir haben in der Villa Erin 2 wunderschöne Ferienwochen mit Freunden verbracht. Das Haus liegt unweit des Dorfes Sveti Lovrec in ruhiger und grüner Umgebung. Es ist sehr geschmackvoll und zweckmäßig eingerichtet, Küchenutensilien kann man getrost zu Hause lassen. Am liebsten hielten wir uns natürlich am und im Pool auf, der ausreichend groß ist, um richtig zu schwimmen. Abends lohnt es sich, mal einen Abstecher nach Rovinji oder Porec zu machen, auch der Limski Fjord hat uns sehr gefallen. Alles in allem eine traumhafte Urlaubsgegend. Wir haben unsere Zeit in der Villa Erin sehr genossen. Danke, Siobhan, für die liebevolle Betreuung!

es war sehr schön
fängt an wie ein Märchen, war wie ein Märchen, genau das, was wir für unseren Urlaub gesucht hatten. Das Haus steht am Ende einer kleinen Siedlung, also sehr ruhig. Abseits von den touristischen Städten, verträumt und idyllisch. Aber nicht soweit weg, dass man sich nicht doch abends mal ins Getümmel stürzen kann. Die Einrichtung geschmackvoll - uns hat es an nix gefehlt.
Die Empfehlungen der Inhaber für Restaurants und Ziele in der Umgebung waren auch sehr gut.
