It doesn't get any better than this! The condo is immaculate, spacious, comfortable and has everything you need. It's located in a gated community with several swimming pools surrounded by amazing gardens. The property grounds are so well maintained and I felt like I was at a resort. The neighborhood provides a perfect area for a morning run or evening walk...and the beach is only 5 minutes away. You can take a scenic stroll all along the beach to the old town of Marbella and enjoy beautiful sunsets every evening as we did.
The condo itself is very spacious and can easily accommodate a family, couples, or a ladies weekend getaway. The kitchen is well equipped and very modern with a sunny breakfast nook in the morning. We had fun cooking dinners and enjoying them on the (large) terrace as we looked out over the sea.
We also made a day trip to one of the white villages, Casares---it's only an hour away from the condo and I highly recommend this town. Beautiful views and fantastic food!
Without a doubt, I would stay here again when I return to the Marbella area.

Owner's Response: It is really satisfying to hear such glowing reports of an excellent visit. We are in a special location and there are so many places to visit in the area, whether couples, families or friends. The little white villages are amazing and an early start to Granada and the Alhambra makes a day trip easily possible. The Zoo in Fuengirola is another hidden gem only a few miles along the coast road and perfect for adults and children alike.
Wandering around the narrow streets of the Old Town of Marbella is a must too and when you have had enough of sun sea and sand, a sundowner on the local beach is the perfect way to finish off your day.

Perfect Pied-a-terre to explore the Costa Del Sol!

By dumb luck I happened upon this great condo just outside of Marbella. Delightful, clean, well appointed, cozy condo perfect refuge for my wife and I and our two daughters after a day exploring the South of Spain! The pool is beautifully maintained and the kitchen is perfect for eating in while the local beachside cafes, within walking distance, were great for dining out.
Security is quite good and close to markets and entertainment. Really I couldn't have asked for more! Thanks for a really fun two weeks!

We had a great week in Spain, and found the apartment well equipped, and very spacious! The beach if only a few minutes walk away, and the gardens are and beautiful and well kept.

Owner's Response: One of the main attractions of our property are the superb extensive gardens and pools kept in immaculate condition the whole year round, different plants and flowers throughout the seasons. You can stroll through the gardens and leave by the gate leading to the beach and take a walk along the extensive clean unspoilt beach of Los Monteros.

We enjoyed our ten days in this condo very much. It was an ideal place to relax, and although we were in Marbella in the off-season, we still enjoyed long walks on the beach and day trips in the local area. The apartment is comfortable and well-appointed, and we appreciated having satellite TV and internet access. The bathroom floors are heated which was a nice touch on those chilly wintery nights! A car is a must since all of the good restaurants and shops are a drive away, and in February some of the restaurants are closed for the season however this wasn't a problem at all: there are still tons to choose from, and of course if you are so inclined you can also cook your own meals in the well-equipped kitchen.

A relaxing break in luxury appartment

Recently spent 5 days in the appartment with my 28 year old daughter. A wonderfully relaxing break in the sun. The surroundings were lovely, a five minute walk to the beach and local restaurant. Or you could walk into Marbella along the beach for tapas in 40 minutes.
The appartment was well appointed and clean.The swimming pools on the complex were in a beautiful and well-kept garden setting.
If you want to travel further afield, the apartment is well placed for excursions to other places on the coast or up into the mountains.
I would certainly recommend the property.

In May of 2010 we visit for the first time Marbella. Our friends and their children are coming for years in Marbella and they asked us to come also for the holiday. So we booked this appartment.
We arrived late in the night in our appartment but from the first moment it felt like being at home in Marbella. The appartment is wonderfull, very clean and everything we need is present. Usually we used our breakfast on the huge balcony. Then we visit our friends on the beach. We have had a lot of fun. Also the wonderful swimmingpool and the garden were great. The gardener took care of the garden and the swimmingpool very well.
The children were very amused and they are very happy that we booked also for next year.

We have just returned from a fantastic 5 week stay.
The apartment is super luxury, and is wonderfully spacious, with 2 double bedrooms each with their own en suite facilites and also a separate loo.
The block is near the sea a short 5min walk thru the magnificent gardens to the beach, which has lovely golden sands and a restrauant. What could be better.
The block is quiet and has 24 hour security. We found the downstairs parking invaluable.
Marbella old town is really charmingly Spanish and New Year in Orange Sq was quite something.
There are lots of different types of pursuits to enjoy and we were very happy there.

This is a perfect 10! We have traveled to France, Italy, and Sicily and by far, this is the best place we have stayed. The beach is about three blocks away. It can be seen from the huge patio that we practically lived on while we were there. We had breakfast there, we had wine at night there, we nashed there. I am surprised we didn't sleep there. The unit was totally updated, had underground garage which we loved, an elevator from the garage to the unit, great security and close proximity to all of the little surrounding towns.
Although we made a mistake and called the agent when we arrived, she still came immediately. She also suggested places to eat which were incredible. If we go back to Spain, we will definitely stay at this place. Incredible!

Owner's Response: Our USA visitors always remark on the spaciousness, and modernity of our apartment and above all the security and ease of access particularly for single ladies. It is quite important to feel you are safe in a foreign country and the fact that we have 24h security at the entrance to the urbanisation along with daytime Management at our own gates, this makes our visitors more comfortable. Of course this works just as well with children, you cannot exit the property without using either the gate code or remote, giving peace of mind to parents with young families.

We recently had a very relaxing week [not long enough!] in this lovely apartment with our two teenage sons and found the facilities to be 5 star. The apartment is very well appointed with great views to the sea and the mountains at the back. The photos on the website do not do it justice [the large lounge and terrace certainly have the wow factor!]
We have stayed in many holiday rentals in the Costa Del Sol and this has to be one of the best. We particularly liked the peace and quiet [and the sound of the frogs at night!] and the reassurance of 24hour security.
There are many good golf courses and restaurants nearby [car is required] and the beach is only a 5 minute walk away. It is possible to walk into Marbella along the beach [approx 40 mins].
We found the booking process to be hassle free and as promised after only one week we have recieved our deposit back.
We look forward to staying here again in the future.
