Welcome to the beautiful Townhome - 138 Pompano Beach in Kissimmee, Florida. Situated in the prestigious and popular gated resort community of Terra Verde, is this beautifully appointed 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom family town home. The house is situated on the edge of a 3 acre spring-fed lake, and sleeps 8 persons, with multiple parking for large families or groups. Wonderful lake view with private courtyard featuring a secluded hot tub at no extra cost. This home provides comfort and freedom that cannot be found in a hotel room. WI FI access available throughout the property! Accommodating 8 people comfortably, the master bedroom features a lake view; a queen sized bed, New Flat ScreenTV and private bathroom ; the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms feature 2 twin beds in each. There is a family bathroom with bath tub; a double sofa-bed in the lounge: high-chairs / cots / playpens etc. are available. The living room is equipped with a New Flat Screen TV and DVD player, so everyone in the family can enjoy some down time! The ground floor is open plan with comfortable lounge looking out into the private courtyard and lake; dining table for 8; a fully equipped kitchen; laundry room and downstairs bathroom. Disney and other holiday attractions are just a short drive away, while great shopping and dining are nearby.

Really nice house, great holiday

Good location and ideal for the theme parks and getting around. A car is a must to get to pretty much anywhere except the clubhouse which is about 2 mins walk. The nearest walmart/shopping center is only 4 mins away by car. very handy.

House was clean, tidy and more than big enough for the 4 of us. Terra Verde complex is well kept and far enough from the mainstream tourist attractions to relax in the evenings.

Overall excellent value for money and hassle free.

LOVELY HOME FOR HOLIDAY RENTAL

Hello Pete and Liz,

We want to thank you for the lovely home you provide for holiday rental. My family was very comfortable and we enjoyed our stay at Terra Verde. Unfortunately we did not enough time in Orlando to really relax and enjoy the environment. Packing in 5 theme parks in 5 days and driving down and back to Miami on the 6th day was tiring for everyone.

We certainly know where we would like to stay again should we plan to visit Orlando in the future. Today is our last day in the US, we head home from Nashville this afternoon. It has been a great 4 week family holiday for all of us.

We have returned from our stay at your condo and my family and I had a lovely time,it felt comforting and homely and we loved the area.
As I said in my initial enquiry we normally go twice a year and stay in a villa but is no longer available, and feel that we found our second home in yours, and would like to stay again.

We are looking to return in August for the month and are wondering if available and what price would be ?

the house was excellent, clean, convenient, and relaxing. after playing football all weekend i got to enjoy the hot tub. pete and liz are very professional and quick to answer any and all questions you may have. i look forward to bringing my family to disney world this summer and coming back next year for flag football. thanks again for all.

Couldnt be better

We stayed for 13 nights on our fourth visit to Orlando and Terra Verde is the best place we've stayed so far.

The house was spacious and spotless, nicley furnished, plenty of towels and linens, beds were comfy, kitchen was well equiped. we used the outdoor patio area alot, only got to use the hot tub a couple of times because of the weather, but it was nice and warm and clean. beautifull setting looking out over the lake to the clubhouse just a couple of minutes walk away and we fell in love with the ducks that came to see us at least twice a day, we also saw may other bird species and turtles in the lake.

It is a gated resort, very well maintained and we found the gate staff and club house staff all very friendly and helpfull, and we also enjoyed a lively new years eve party by the pool after seeing the Blue Man Group at Universal (fantastic show if your looking for some laughs!)

Fantastic location, just a few minutes from the 192 where there are pleanty of resaurants to choose from and Walmart. All parks are very easy to reach from Terra Verde but just far enough away to be very peaceful.

Would definetly stay here again if we return to Florida and will be recomending the house to friends and my clients (being a hairdresser i have many)

Perfect setting with views out on to lake and just a short stroll from the pool and clubhouse.
Terra Verde is ideally located close to the 192 where there are numerous places to eat, easily accessible for Disney and a comfortable drive to Seaworld and Universal.
Two very good outlet malls within a few miles drive.
Have stayed in several resorts on Poinciana Boulevard and Terra Verde rates very highly.

Stayed here for 4 nights - only 2 of us. This townhouse has a peaceful, safe and convenient location for Kissimmee and Orlando attractions. Only downside was that telephone was not working and despite reporting it to local management agent and by e-mail to owner it was not repaired by the time we checked out on 31 January. Also noticed on morning we left that 2 of the electric rings on the oven top did not seem to be working.

Great location and easy drive to/from airport and to all the disney and universal parks. Town House was clean with plenty of space for 2 adults and two teenagers. The facilities at club house was a great bonus. We did not manage to work the Jacuzzi and called the number given and it was up and running the next day (could not have asked for more). If we ever get the chance to return to Kissimmee we definitely rebook this town house.

Spent two great weeks at this lovely home. Excellent location for all the attractions. Well kept, presented and equipped, loved the view from the patio. Great place to retreat to after a busy day shopping or visiting the parks. Felt very safe and relaxed! Just back and already thinking about planning our next visit!

Great holiday homes

We only arrived home on Monday; really, this was a holiday of a lifetime. The 4-bed/3-bath Town Home we stayed in was great, would surely stay there again, and recommend it to friends and family members. Although the agency we booked with miss sold us some information, nonetheless the house was very clean, well kept, and furthermore the security was fantastic. All the shops one would possibly need on their holiday were less than 10min drive from Terra Verde, Red Lobster where the children's favourite place to eat.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
