Stunning Apart

We are frequent visitors to Gibraltar staying at the Hotels, The Rock, Caleta, and The Elliot O'callahans. As for this year after deciding to take the whole family of grown up children and Mother in her late 70's. I opted for the much cheaper price of the Sea Plaza with a bit of apprehension to be honest.
I can honestly say from start to finish this was the most enjoyable holiday we have had in Gib. Lauretta was so helpful on booking and payments always a swift answer via e-mail. Ruth was equally helpful even meeting us at the airport to make things easier for Travelling in a large group and picking up rental cars etc.
The Apartment, lets say, "The pictures just do not do it just justice" From entering, after getting over the wow factor, The cleaniness and the layout was just right.
My Mother was in the downstairs bedroom which she called her "Granny annex" with double doors allowing her some quiet time. The range of equipment in the Apartment catered for all ages from Playstation and ipod to just cards and board games. I would say alot of thought has gone into making peoples stay most enjoyable at sea plaza. The view from inside and out was alway changing and the boats ranging from kayaks to huge ocean vessels which you could just sit half a day watching them. Everything is within walking distanc,e Town centre, Ocean Village etc. Morrisons next door what more could you need really ? We would throughly recommend staying here to all ages and large groups. In fact, we will shortly be booking our second stay next year!

Sea Plaza was a great place to stay, with very good transport links and a handy supermarket (Morrison's) just across the road. The apartment was exceptionally clean, well maintained and spacious, with excellent views. The property managers were very helpful with the settling in, special thanks to them. Would definitely recommend Sea Plaza for Gibraltar holidays.

We have just returned from the sea plaza and it far exceeded our expectations. Our party ranged from 20-74 yrs and suited us all. It was spotlessly clean and the welcome pack was excellent.
We were there for my sons wedding, which happened to be jubillee weekend and we were fortunate to be part of the flotilla that went around the rock, what à wonderful experience!
We had planned on eating out, but the view from the balcony was so nice, we did dine in a bit.
The bus service is excellent, £1.50 for a day hoppa, that took you all over the island.
The view from the top of the cable car was fabulous, well worth a visit.
We need to go back because there is more to see, 5 days was'nt enough!

Awesome apartment

Myself and a group of male friends stayed in this apartment whilst visiting a friend based in Gibraltar, combined with a stag do for one of our group.
We initially looked at hotels in the area however these where working out at approximately £50.00 per person per night. Making this apartment excellent value for money at £200.00 per night for our group of 7.
The apartment itself is massive being located on both the 6th and 7th floors. Certainly more than ample space for 7 blokes what with its 4 big bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The kitchen is fully equiped which came in handy as one of our group fancies himself as a bit of a chef so cooked us a 'family' meal one evening.
Entertainment is taken care of with stereo equipment in the dining room. Big TV, PS3 and free view box in the living room. TVs and free view in all the bedrooms and wifi available in the apartment. So if you're looking for some day time, early evening entertainment before going out make sure you take DVDs/blurays, PS3 games and your phone loaded with music. Also being able to sit on the balcony with friends looking out over the water drinking a brandy listening to music, was an amazing way to end an evening after going to the bars and casino.
On our arrival we met with Ruth and her partner who manage the apartment. They run us through the ins and outs of the apartment, plus took the time to take an interest in us and what we had planned during our time in Gibraltar. We were also presented with a welcome basket of groceries, which contained the essentuals (tea, coffee, bread, milk, cereals etc etc) plus bottled water, beer and wine. Such a nice touch and really added to the experience.
The apartment is located next to Morrisons and McDonalds, is a short walk to the high street and square (shops, bars and restaurants) and a short taxi journey (£6.00 to £9.00 depending on the taxi driver) to the marina and casino (also walkable if you are that way inclined). Although it is close to these amenities you do not hear any noise from them in the apartment.
All in all I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone/group looking to stay in Gibraltar. The price coupled with the space and facilities make this apartment win hands down over a hotel. All of our group confirmed they would definitely look to use the apartment again if we went back to Gibraltar.

Stunning apartment, beautifully equipped

We stayed in this amazing apartment when my daughter (from England) married a Gibraltarian. I would say it was a home from home, except we have never lived in such a stunning place! The views are incredible. We were excited to see Cunard's Queen Elizabeth, and a three masted sailing schooner. At night the lights on the ships and the coast of Spain and Morocco are a real fairy land.
The apartment has everything you could wish for, and probably more, in terms of fittings and equipment. We were expecting to find a pokey kitchen as there weren't any photos, but it is spacious and has all the gear for even the keenest cook.
Everything was spotless and the agent was very helpful.
Highly recommended.

Amazing Luxury

The photos on the web site didn't do the apartment justice as it is absolutely stunning. The attention to detail was second to none, from the welcome pack containing everything you could possibly need...including wine, to the little things like binoculars for the view, to a walking tour on an ipod for you. The apartment is clean, well presented and close to all the main attractions, plus of course having Morrisons over the road is very handy. Ruth, who manages the property was very helpful and easy to get in touch with should we have ever needed her.
We will definately stay here again and would not hesitate to recommend the apartment to everyone. We are five very happy customers.

Wonderful apartment

We were six friends looking for a luxurious apartment and we found it! I cannot fault the accommodation in any way. It was light and airy, with a fully equipped kitchen. The master bedroom, lounge and balcony has the most wonderful view of the mediterranean, with Africa to the left and Spain to the right. Excellent.

Great Relaxation

We live in Spain, running a luxury boutique hotel, and wanted a couple of days break before the season really kicks in - we stayed at Sea Plaza with our son and his freind. It was perfect - good welcome, great welcome pack, including 6 cold beers in the fridge! and, most importantly, fantastic views out to sea. The kitchen really well stocked with equipment, the boys loved the Playstation 3, and we just chilled on the balcony reading and looking at the activity on the sea. The apartment was lovely and clean, which is always very high on our list of priorities.
All in all, a great mini-break and we intend to return when we get some time off.

The apartment was better than any of us could have imagined with Sarah and Frank being more than helpful. It was very clean and had everything you could need. Would definately recommend to friends and family.
