Fabulous villa amazing location

This is probably the best villa we have stayed in. It is in the most fantastic position with 180 degree views over the sea. It has 3 good sized bedrooms with lovely ensuite bathrooms, the mezzanine with 2 beds was less comfortable as there was no air on. The kitchen was well equipped. The patios and pool were well laid out and spacious. There was a little beach you could climb down to from the villa, lovely for an early morning swim. We received an excellent service from anna Seb and the rest of the team.

We have just come back from a wonderful week at Villa anatoli. The villa is superbly located down a dirt track with amazing views out over the sea and islands in the distance. Pure relaxation. The villa is perfect for 2 families and has an infinity pool that will keep the kids entertained for hours on end. A nice path below the villa down to a secluded cove with crystal clear waters a lovely added bonus.
Anna and Seb are great hosts and really lovely people - they go out of their way to make sure that you are happy and that everything is provided to make your stay as comfortable and relaxing as possible. We will be back.

A beautiful villa that you never wish to leave

This was the third time we have returned to this area .
Anna and seb are always very attentive to their guests needs and are always available to advise if needed ..
The villa is very well equipped , stylish and very comfortable .The outside area has a beautiful pool and spectacular sea views..
The villa is set approx 2km form Sivota where there are a few food stores for supplies and tavernas...Very pleasant bay..
We had a very enjoyable time here very relaxing ...

Great Place with a Beautiful view

We loved this place and plan to return,Seb and anna were great hosts and the house,pool and view is very nice. The small fishing village is just a short walk and borders the property, It has some very good resturants and shops. It was very relaxing there. The Island has very nice beaches and is easy to drive around.We took a tour boat ride from Nadri around the Ionian islands including Scorpios. We stopped at several small villages and a swimming beach during the trip.The weather was perfect and the people there were all very friendly towards us.

Perfect holiday

Together with our teenage children we spent a wonderful week at Villa Anatoli, enjoying the stunning view, the pool, the garden and the privacy of the place. The service was excellent, the house was spacy and very comfortable, so we did not miss any luxury we could wish.
The beach was ín a short distance (more a goat`s trail) but with wonderful water and quite private.
It was hard to leave, and all of us want to thank you for a perfect holiday!

We had a wonderful week in the villa and the town of Sivota. The villa is well equipped, the terrace and the pool are really fine. The pictoresque seeside view is unforgettable. In spite of the other villa in the vicinity the privacy is not disturbed. The only thing to complain is the condition of the road concerning the last few kilometres. We have rented many villas in Europe but this is the first time that we would like to come back again !!

Small piece of paradise

We book the villa during May and where a bit scare about the weather but it was a fantastic stay !
After a small path, we arrive in a small paradise, the house is even better than on picture and the view is amazing.
We had our own private pool, kitchen, a plasma TV (we use it for the child) ...etc....
The owner is very friendly and gave us very good tips about the surounding, but ... to tell the true we don't go often out the villa as we feel relax and happy there.
Thanks for this moment of hapiness ...

My stay at sivota

I've been there for 2 weeks, a really nice place to be !
first I was amased by the site and this blue and sunny place, then the house is so nice ... You don't want to live, the pool, the view, you stay all day under the sun.
Then you got lot of activites with the sea, I enjoyed the spot of Vassiliki a paradise for windsurfers, you are pretty sure to have wind, hot water, and nice equipment. You can also practice wake board, water skiing and ski biscuit or rent hobie cat ....
I'm a swimmer, by consecuence to have the sea at 7 minutes of the house was appreciated, the morning with a smooth sea and a nice blue water you swim farther !
Moreover when you have enough of the sea you can rent a bike or a motor bike and visit the isle on the nice small trails.
The best to me were the beaches on the west cost especially "egremni" (for the waves and the sand) but you must see "porto katsiki" !!
After all this activites you'll happy to get in your nice home with you flat screen and a nice wifi access to relax. A last swim in the pool before going to the restaurants at sivota juste 5 minutes by car and take a tasty greek salad or a big moussaka ...
Well well ... two weeks are really short and also really nice !
