Luxurious new, traditional built, villa in Santa Lucia, Camaiore, with sea view, in Tuscany. Holiday rental in very quiet position but close enough to divers holiday entertainment.
Two floors with carefully selected furniture and antiques. Ground floor with fully equipped kitchen for cooking aficionados, family room, bathroom with double shower, and two bedrooms. Upper floor with large living room with two double doors to veranda, carrara bathroom and two air conditioned bedrooms.
Private quiet location just outside village with 200 inhabitants with superb view on Versilia and first class restaurant.
The house is completely surrounded by well kept gated 2000 m2 private garden and five terraces, including outdoor lounge and covered patio, providing shaded dining and recreation at all times. Full-size swimming pool with private sun terrace. Hills provide very pleasant cool air 24/7.
Secure automatic gate entrance, in house alarm, carport plus additional parking within the property.

Great Vacation in Italy
Me and my relatives ( 7 persons + a baby) stayed a week in this Villa in June 2012. The villa itself is beautiful, the garden and the pool area are well kept and gorgeous. The villa is situated in a small hill, and it is a steep rise with a car. The area is surrounded with a fence .You can have 2-3 cars in the frontyard if needed. An automatic gate tho the villa is situated so that getting in and out with a car was quite difficult within the small space near the gate, we managed though:).The location is great for exploring Cinque Terre, Garfaganana, Pisa, Lucca, Florence.The beach is only 8 km away and can be seen from the hill.
There are 2 bedrooms upstairs, same floor as the pool, one of them with a king size bed, other with queen size I think.Both of these rooms are very nice and modern and have a nice view.These is also one bathroom with a tub between them, also with a view. The living room and the dining table outside are great! The only little minus was there is no shower curtain in the tub, so if you use it as a shower, there is water all over the bathroom.That is only a small detail and with a smaller company will not be an issue:).
Downstairs there is a kitchen with dining table, also very nice, the only thing we didn't find were scissors:) Next to the kitchen there is a small living room with tv. We thought that the tv could have been upstairs, since now with the kitchen and the tv downstairs, we really didn't use the upstairs living room, which is much more spacious than the one downstairs. Then again we were there at the time on football european championship games, so had it not been that time, we wouldn't have watched the tv that much anyway:). There are 2 small nicely furnished bedrooms with twin beds in this floor.These are under ground level, so there is no view from the small windows and sometimes a little problem with moisture. However, the villa has a machine that takes away moisture, as well as air conditioning and heating. The villa also has a baby bed and a highchair.
The land lady is lovely and helpful. Wireless internet didn't work when we arrived, but she got it working very soon and will help you with any problems you may have.
All in all I would say, that the pictures of the villa were very truthful and the villa was as nice as we thought it would be. The garden area was even more beautiful and bigger than we thought. I would recommend this villa for everyone looking for a great location and upscale accomodation!

With respect to your remark on the TV. We have contemplated to put it upstairs when thinking about the best place, but opted for the family room, connected to the kitchen, in stead. Main reason being, for families with smaller children you might want to keep en eye on, the kids can be around when preparing the meals. As you mentioned, if there is no football one might generally prefer to be on the lounge or diner terraces or near the pool to enjoy outside living at its best.

The perfect holiday location
Having made a previous but brief visit to the Viareggio area, we wanted a base close to the sea, the mountains and the Tuscan historical jewels of the area. Villa La Fata ticked all the boxes, excellent accommadation, three alternative dining areas, superb pool and sun worshiping areas plus enough shade to cool off. We even managed a barbeque and a try of the Pizza Oven (need more practice here!) The Villa was well equipped with all kitchen essentials, good bathrooms and v.comfortable beds. Two families were extremely well housed and were never short of entertainment, including a table tennis championship! The local restaurant, a 10minute walk away, was a real treat, although a quick drive into Pietrasanta opened an entirely broader and more sophisticated range of food options. We are growing to love italy's sophistication and this area fulfilled our expectations completely. We will certainly return.

Versilian dream
This villa is elegant, comfortable and new; when we arrived it was clean and well-equipped and during the weeks we stayed there we were well assisted by the staff (a maid, th gardener and the pool man).
There is much room, both inside (two large drawing rooms) and outside: terraces, a veranda, a covered porch and a large swimming pool with a view on the sea; we enjoyed that garden so much that we spent most of our tjme and met our friends there.
Although it is secluded and far from any noise,everything is at hand: a typical restaurant 200 m. away, many others in the vicinity, 10 minutes drive to the beach and much more, for example the opera thetre on the lake, ect.
You absolutely need a car, because the village is not well served by public transports.
we had quite a long staying there and we are certainly going there again.

little paradise in tuscany
We were three families with 4 little children in total. The house is well equipped and stylish. The garden as well as the house is very useful for families as it is fenced and a real oasis of silence surrounded by a lot of nature and a small romantic village. We enjoyed very much the location as it is suitable for hiking or mountain biking starting from the house and the sea is only about 15 minutes drive. The lady looking after the house is a very helpful person with a lot of knowledge about the region. All in all we enjoyed two very relaxing and also interesting weeks as most of the cultural sites in Tuscany are within 1 hour drive. It is absolutely necessary to have a car there as the next shopping facilities are about 10 minutes drive and the street is quite steep. This is the reason why the panorama from the house is great and the temperature during the night is not too hot for sleeping.
We are considering to return there again as our impressions are still very positive in our minds. This is a very special place!
