Welcome! You have arrived to the centrally located 4th-storeyed new apartment easily!
As you enter the hallway, you will appreciate the practical layout of the living space. On your left are the 2 bed-rooms, the toilet and the bathroom. On the other side, you will find the living room, open kitchen and terrace. All in all, you will stay in comfort esp. there's a central climatisation system in the building.
Once you have unpacked your holiday outfit in the spacious wardrobe, take a quick look at the cooking facilities before you plan your menu for the day. Equipment wise, there's a 4-pit electric stove top, a combi-microwave oven, an electric kettle and a fridge. Of course, a set of cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery are available for your use.
Can't wait to start shopping in the indoor market across the apartment? Or simply begin with a stroll on the promenade? What a bliss to live in Nice! Enjoy!

We had a very enjoyable holiday in July. The appartment was very clean and well equipped. The owners were very helpful and supplied us with lots of useful information when we booked and on arrival. The location was really good - only 5 minutes walk to the beach and about 20 minutes to the old town. It was easy to get the bus to and from the airport.

Sightseeing,
Families with Teenagers,
Families with Young Children

just wanted to let you know that we found the apt to be just right for us...great location, and very convenient to the bus, shops, beach, etc......had a wonderful time going to san remo, cannes, cagnes sur mer, and monaco, not to mention enjoying nice...thanks

Thank you so much for everything. We loved the apartment. It's so well placed for the airport bus, the supermarket and the SNCF train station is only a ten minute walk away.

Wonderful Place to Stay in Nice

Couldnt say more about the nice apartment. The owners met us upon our arrival and were very kind. I was glad we chose their place. The apartment was comfortable for 4, with a split bath. The location was ideal. Directly above a great bakery, and across from a market. 3 min walk to the Promenade and beach which we enjoyed. The owner met us as we had arranged for checkout and there were no surprises. I would recommend this apartment.

Very close to the Promenade des Anglais

The owners met us on arrival and showed us around the apartment which had everything you needed. the apartment is just 3 minute walk to the Promenade des Anglais and below the apartment is a bakery/cafe and a supermarket on the next corner selling all you need. The railway Station was a 10 minute walk and you can take the train to Monte Carlo. Ville Franche, Antibe and all the way to Cannes and even to the Italian border. It is a 20 minute walk to the Old Town where there are numerous pavement cafes and restaurants. Our favourite bar was the Snug and Cellar and we loved Pasta Basta restaurant which serves the best salmon pasta ever!! We will definately be back!

This apartment is fantastic with a location 2 streets behind the Negresco Hotel. EASY walk to the beach. The building is sleek, modern and very well maintained, with electronic security. The apartment has a really nice set up in the kitchen, nice looking tableware and very new applicances. We cooked a meal because the grocery store is directly across the street! There is a reserved parking space. Also a nice option: save the cleaning charges if you do-it-yourself. Great experience excellent value.
