Just retured from a two week stay at Emma's Beautiful apartment. There is everything you could wish for, it's like home from home
We had a fantastic time, used the lovely pool most days, had some great BBQ's and even cooked our Christmas diner there.
We have styed in Caleta de Fuste several times at other apartments but this one has to be the best,.
We are looking forward to going back to Emma's hopefully in May next year and again in December.
The perfect holiday in every way.

My family and I have been very impressed with this property. From the very beginning the owner Emma, was helpful and quick to respond to any queries I had. She also made recommendations on things to see and do.
The management company, Angela, was waiting at the apartment to greet us, friendly and smiling. She had prepared a welcome pack of milk and juice etc, which was appreciated.
The apartment was clean and welcoming. Every need was catered for. We have a 6 year old child and there was everything from junior eating utensils to bedguards to beach play toys.
Both the downstairs twin room and upstairs double bedroom have built in cupboards, with plenty of storage space. The 2 identical bathrooms have a large shower, toilet and basin, with fluffy bath mats and non slip shower mats. All towels and beach towels are provided, good quality.
The kitchen has a full size fridge and freezer, ample for a family's needs for a week (we had all our meals in the apartment), a dishwasher, kettle, toaster, iron, oven and hob, are all provided, in perfect working order. The washing machine is under shelter on the spacious upstairs patio, very convenient to was and hang clothes on the 2 clothes airers, with no one able to see your laundry.
The lounge has a spacious sofa, stereo, TV, DVD player and PS2 (with games), there is also a good sized dining table suitable for 4 persons.
The complex is secure, with locked underground parking, (we hired a car to explore the island, and used the underground parking with no problems.
all pathways in the complex are clean and well maintained.
The pool area is clean and the water clear, locked gates either side of the pool area, so young children are kept safe.
The location of the property is very central with all facilities nearby. shops, beach, marina, restaurants, are all within a pleasant walking distance.
We loved the fish feeding at the marina, the clean beaches and crystal clear water, and plenty of spacious paths to walk for miles. The locals are friendly and helpful.
Overall, an incredible 10 days, looking forward to returning soon! Thanks Emma!!!

What a lovely time we have had at Emmas appartment,from the moment we arrived until the day we left.Everything that has been mentioned on previous reviews is true,we stayed for 5 weeks and wish it could have been 5 months,the weather wasn't always brilliant,quite cool some nights and those nights we dined at (home) and watched UK TV. As previously mentioned Steve and his wife were lovely people that went the extra mile to be helpful. There are so many restaurants nearby you are spoilt for choice but our favorites were Bar Tapas out of the back gate turn left and straight to the top on the right about 5 mins walk mainly locals that eat there and they dont speak English but their steaks are yummy and reasonable,our other favorite was El Capitan out of the front gate turn left 2 mins away their tapas are fab.We went for a relaxing break with everything on the doorstep and it was perfect!

Just wanted to say what a wonderful time we had in your apartment last week. We loved Caleta de Fuste and think your apartment is perfect in every way. It was lovely to get some warm January sun, but not so nice to come back to the cold UK. We found Steve to be very friendly and helpful and made our stay home from home.

We stayed here for 2 weeks and the apartment is fabulous. Well thought out and ideally located. 5 Mins from the beach, close to all the shops and eateries.
Emma the owner was very helpful and the booking was simple and no nonsense. Steve (Who looked after the apartment) again was very helpful and willing to assist when needed.

After reading many reviews about the poor standard of self catering in Caleta we were glad to see this one ranked No. 1 and I don't think it was an exaggeration at all. It has been well thought out and everything you need with a family has been thought of even down to providing beach towels and a guide of the best places to eat.

If you want a nice, clean well located self catering apartment in Caleta then this is the place for you. It has 2 bedrooms (1 x Double upstairs and 1 x Twin downstairs) There are 2 fully fitted bathrooms and a fitted kitchen with dining table and chairs for 4 people and a nice spacious living area with a flat screen TV, DVD player and PS2 to keeps the kids entertained if it rains (Which is unlikely but you never know). The apartment also benefits from a pool right next door, not exclusively for you but for all the apartments in that block (About 10 I think) so not overly populated either.

One thing I would urge you to try is the Trike tour, excellent VFM a good way to see the island in a unique way.

Airport transfer time is about 15 mins by taxi at about 12 euros each way so don't get conned with the tour operators transfer buses at £40 or more. Local bus service to the capital city Puerto Del Rosario was cheap and efficient (About 4 euros each way) for shopping in the Los Rotondas shopping centre and there is also a smaller shopping centre about 20 minutes walk down the beach road where they have a cinema and 10 pin bowling.

Overall a beautiful place at a reasonable price with excellent facilities and friendly owner and site manager. Book now and enjoy a relaxing holiday in a great environment.

This was a trip to celebrate my 6oth. It was absolutely brilliant.....the apartment is in an excellent location, I have a friend who lives in Caleta and he verified this beforehand. My wife and I have travelled extensively and we wanted sun, peace and air con.... all boxes ticked. The apartment had everything that you need even beach towels ( which my wife brought ) so that is something you can leave out. The weather was excellent, cloudy at times but always shorts and shirts. The beach area is ideal for children, we talked about bringing our grandchildren here we were so impressed. Supermarkets are easily accessible and reasonable. The promenade walk is great, a bit of exercise and it is an easy walk to the salt museum. No end of eating places, we self catered most of the time but for sheer value you cannot beat the Slow Wok, 5 minutes away, about £8 for an excellent fresh buffet including cooking your selected stir fry etc. Steve who looks after the apartment is a real character, really funny and helpful he gave me a bottle of bubbly because he saw my birthday cards. When I called him from the airport he said to ask the driver to drop us at the Farmacia in Caleta, there is only one, no problem with directions.This was a really relaxing holiday for us and we will definitely return. If you are looking for a home from home, in a great location then look no further. We are regular visitors to Caleta and over time have visited many of the hotels and apartments available. Without doubt this small complex, right in the centre of town ticks all the boxes for a great holiday location. The gated complex feels secure and has just 13 (I think!) apartments and a small pool; certainly not crowded. The accomodation itself is modern and bright, with good space both inside and out and lots of great bits and bobs to really help you settle in. There is a DVD & CD player,TV showing uk channels within a comfy open plan lounge and well equipped kitchen, with smart shower room and twin bedroom on the ground floor.The first floor has an additonal bathroom and good sized double bedroom with access to the additional outside space upstairs. For those travelling in the hotter months the air con is a god send in the heat and we certainly took advantage to keep cool in the evenings whilst sleepng. Everything is clean and tidy and a small welcome pack is provided which is particulary useful if you arrive late in the evening as we did. Outside is a large terrace with table chairs and parasol, together with sun-lounger should you decide to stay home and catch some rays in the peace and tranqulity of your own terrace. Everyting is close at hand, inc supermarkets, shops, bars, restaurants. For those with small children there are lots of child friendly features such as stair gate, travel cot and child safe plug covers to name a few. What more could you ask for if you are looking for high quality centrally located self catering acommodation - we certainly won't be staying anywhere else and have already booked to return in Sept 2012 !

We went to Fuerteventura for the first time (out of the high season) on 16 Feb to 23 Feb 2011 & were really pleased with this Appt on ATLAN II.
The Appt has a spacious open plan layout with all the features detailed on the website and is very comfy with modern furniture & fittings. The owners have tried to provide everything necessary to make Guests have a pleasant stay. There is a Safe provided, and sunbeds / patio furniture & parasol etc. The bedrooms are well fitted & are spacious with comfy beds; and the shower is the size of a normal bath!
The Appt is situated in a prime location within walking distance of shops & Restaurants + Beach; with 2 exits out of the site, for going in different directions. Noise from the Evening entertainment at local Hotels didn't travel into the complex therefore we were able to enjoy peaceful quiet evenings.
The site appears well maintained & the fountain looks very pretty though it wasn't working. The pool & area was very clean (though it wasn't hot enough for us to need the pool) however the appt's patio + balcony meant we could relax & sunbathe in Temp's of approx 20 deg C during the daytime. The evenings were cool & we were glad of the bedspread (in the wardrobe) for the night.
Our visit coincided with the Annual Carnival. Performers were out on the streets, plus a procession of Floats toured the main streets on the Sat evening.
Steve (the rep) was very friendly & extremely helpful and would give advice if needed.
Overall we had a very good; relaxing holiday and would definately recommend using Emma's appt at ATLAN II. We WILL be going again.
