Courtyard Villa, 2 Bedrooms, 2 Baths, (Sleeps 2-4)

Beautiful two bedroom, two bath, Florida decorated, furnished villa for rent all-year round. Televisions in livingroom and master bedroom. Both bedrooms have queen-sized beds with linens and color coordinated towels provided.

The dining room seats six and breakfast bar seats three. Kitchen is fully equipped. Windows and sliding doors allow plenty of light. Ceilings are volume (high) and the feeling is one of spaciousness (nearly 1200 square feet).

Overlooking the private enclosed yard is a screened lanai with table and chairs. The washer and dryer are located in the one and a half car garage.

Satellite TV (with DVD player), high speed internet (with WiFi) and a phone for local calls are provided.

This Villa is located in the Sullivan Villas off St. Charles Place three blocks from Buena Vista Boulevard, one of two North/South trafficways in the Villages. There is easy access to restaurants, shopping and services including medical offices and hospitals.

Four swimming pools and two village recreation centers are close by, the Allamanda Recreation Center (short walk), and the Hibiscus Recreation Center located in front of the Cane Garden Country Club. Cane Garden features a popular restaurant complete with pizza oven, a well equipped pro shop for the neighborhood golf fans, and 27 holes of challenging championship golf on the Jacaranda, Hibiscus, and Allamanda courses.

This location is central to everything in The Villages. Should you want to go to the beach, it is less than two hours away to the East or to the West. Disneyland and the Orlando International Airport are just over an hour away to the South.

This is my fifth rental at The Villages and by far the best. Tom and Barbara had the place sparkling when I arrived. The home is well located to rec centers, in a quiet neighborhood and is tastefully decorated with comfy beds. I haven't slept that well in years! The home also has wi-fi and a nice golf cart. If I had even a minor concern Tom and Barbara were at my service almost immediately. The only thing that would have made it better is the Big Ten Network but that just reflects my Michigan roots! I would highly recommend 1530 Barnwell Place to anyone.

Last October(2012) was the third time we did stay in the villa at 1530 Barnwell Place in The Villages and we are looking forward for our next trip (October 2013). Maby that say more than million words. The villa is very nice and clean and the location is very central. To have Tom and Barbara so near by have been very nice, they are always helpful and giving. For us that come faraway (from Iceland) that have helpt us a lot in so many ways.

This is a very clean, comfortable unit, and we enjoyed using it this August. It's obvious the owners take pride in the unit, and the decor was tasteful, but not overdone. Everything worked just as it should, and Tom and Barbara proved to be very helpful and responsive. We'd love to come back.

Recommended for: Age 55+, Sightseeing, Romantic Getaway

My husband and I stayed in this home last December. The location was excellent, the property was well -maintained, beautifully furnished and very, very clean! We liked the fact that we could get anywhere we needed to go in the golf cart. (saved on gas and was a lot of fun!!)

This was our third trip to Florida and we have stayed in many different places. This was by far the best in every respect, and as the owners live only a block away, they were readily available to answer a question or concern.

We had a wonderful experience here and would recommend this home to all.

Recommended for: Age 55+, Sightseeing
