Very comfortable home in the heart of Southampton Village. Charming and relaxing atmosphere with all of the amenities you'd want on vacation. Salt water heated pool, central air-conditioning, cable TVs, wireless internet, privacy, yet minutes to the beach and village.
Living room is beautiful, bright and airy with a large flat screen TV. Bedrooms each have a TV. Kitchen is brand new and has all new appliances. The extra room on the first floor has a sofa bed and flat screen TV.
There is a washer/ dryer in the basement. There is an outside shower and cabana.
There is a salt water heated pool. We are close to the beach and many great restaurants, churches, museums, galleries and theaters.
Everyone loves the energy is this house, hope you will too!

Had a wonderful stay at the village charmer!
We rented the house sight unseen and are happy to report that it exceeded our expectations. The owner is delightful and made sure we had everything we needed. In addition to enjoying the beach, we had a great time exploring the many great restaurants and shops that Southampton Village has to offer. We highly recommend this property and will definitely stay here again.
