I currently live in Australia and visit the UK every year to see my grown up children and to spend time with my three grand children. Having lived in the UK for most of my life, I know and love the area of Ashtead, it is ideal for travelling up to London without having to worry about the daily hassle and bustle of the big city.
As I visit the UK every year, I decided to be fair to the children it would be good to have my own place when I visited. It is a lovely part of the world and my three children live in Surrey so is a good central location.
It also lends itself to holiday lets of all kinds and has been equipped so it is like home form home when I arrive.
The property benefits from plenty of off street parking which is sometimes hard to come by. It is centrally located and an easy and pleasant walk to the station. It has a real community feel to the area.
