Pedreguer is a very traditional village, with brightly painted facades on the houses, and a community which focuses on the central square. When you first arrive in your villa in Pedreguer, walk to the main square, which is surrounded by 19th century buildings with a distinctive Arabic style. The Church of Santa Cruz and the Sant Blai chapel are well worth visiting within the village.
Throughout the year are a number of special fiestas and festivals, which completely bring the village to life, with the whole community celebrating in style. The Reyes Magos festival starting on the 5th January starts the festive calendar with a huge Christmas style celebration, followed quickly by the Fiestas of San Antonio Adad on the 15th January, and including the annual carnival in the last week of February and the 10 day festival of San Buenaventura in July.

There are two large resorts near to a Pedreguer property; Denia and Javea. Although both are very different, both offer an outstanding range and quality of services meaning that you will want for nothing during your stay in a Pedreguer villa. Denia is known surfing and sailing facilities, whilst Javea is quieter and more suited to providing standard services like laundry, supermarkets and banks. Both resorts are perfect for visiting the beach though!
The Jalon Valley is not far from a Pedreguer property either. If you are looking to spend a day or two walking, riding or cycling through unspoilt, picturesque scenery, then a trip up into the Orba or Jalon Valleys will answer your cries with style.
