5 mins from beach and a short walk from local amenities.

The apartment consists of an open plan kitchen/dining area, lounge, bedroom, bathroom and balcony. Parking space is also provided.

The kitchen is fully equipped with hob, oven, microwave, fridge freezer, kettle, toaster etc. There is also a washing machine, iron and ironing board. Cutlery, crockery, glassware, and cooking utensils are all also provided.

The fully air conditioned bedroom has two single beds which can be pushed together and used as a double, large built in wardrobes and a dressing table.

The sofa bed in the lounge sleeps 2 people. The lounge also has satellite television and DVD player.

The balcony can be accessed through sliding glass doors from both the bedroom and lounge. There are table and chairs on the balcony.

A lovely holiday apartment in a perfect location. This is an airy and spacious apartment on the second floor of a luxury, high spec development with a superb pool and sunbathing area.

Nearest Ferry : Limmassol at 70 Kilometres
Nearest Beach : beach at 800 Metres

Located within the Kaparris area of Paralimni, only 2/3km from the town centre – more importantly only 800m or so from the beach. Chromata Lagoon is perfectly positioned, set slightly back from the main road whilst still within easy walking distance of the excellent amenities in Kaparris, including supermarkets, car hire, bakery etc.

Paralimni Town centre is a busy square full of shops, cafes, bakeries and restaurants amongst other amenities. Enjoy shopping in the boutiques in the town centre where there are also plenty of Taverns.

Protaras and Agia Napa, for a varied range of bars, restaurants and night clubs are both within very easy reach by car, bus or taxi. There is a wide range of tavernas and restaurants in Kapparis and the surrounding area. The main street, Kennedy Avenue is a 2 minute walk away and has a number of excellent restaurants and several bars.

My Partner and I stayed at the apartment for 10 days in Sept 09. The apartment is very clean, modern and has everything you would at home. The pool area is very quiet in Sept, always plenty of space. Kapparis is a small resort and I would recommend hiring a car whilst here. We were on a budget so did not hire a car but I would if I come again. Shops and restaurants are a very short walk away, as is the beach. Resort only has about 8 places to eat hence the need for a car. Any one coming here must go to Faliros restaurant, we went 3 times and the food and service is amazing. Will and Jackie from the management company were really helpful too. Would definately consider going here again.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Sightseeing, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

My partner and I stayed at this lovely apartment for one week. It was spotlessly clean, bright and airy. It had everything we needed for self catering holiday in a perfect location. Owner very helpful with directions e.t.c.

Pool and communal areas excellent, always plenty of sunbeds. Far enough away to enjoy a relaxing break but still only 5 minute walk to shops, restaurants and bars, and a 10 minute drive to the centre of Protaras.

Would definetly stay again and would recommend to family/friends.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

Had a fantastic time and the apartment was first class it had everything to make the trip enjoyable.
