3 Bed Villa, en-suite facilities, sleeps 8, panoramic views of mountains and sea

Absolutely stunning 3 bedroom villa for rental in unspoilt North Cyprus, fabulous restaurants, beach clubs and bars close by.

Villa Amy, completed in 2008 has been upgraded for the 2011 season and features a double sofa bed in the lounge to accommodate larger families. The drains have also been upgraded so paper may safely flushed (Not all villas are the same!) The villa has wireless broadband internet access and Satellite TV.

The large garden is mainly laid to artificial lawn so that it can be used year round and is comfortable and clean for the kids to play on or the adults to sunbathe on! There is a Bose docking station for your Ipod and the furniture is very comfortable to make you feel at home.

Car hire and airport transfers can be arranged for you and we are happy to help find you the best deals on flights. Meet and greet and welcome pack on arrival.

The Villa is located 15 mins East of Kyrenia and there are water sports and golf available within 15 mins drive

Nestling between Besemark Mountain range and just 100m to the sea the villa is located in Catalkoy. The village stretches from beneath the mountains to the sea and has a good selection of bars restaurants and supermarkets. Within easy reach of the new golf club and many other activities

We have stayed in many villas over the years in Kyrenia but rate this the best so far. We found the villa had everything thing we needed and more. The furnishings helped make the villa feel special. The location for us was perfect with some lovely views and close to all amenities. We could walk to Cornaro or a very short drive to Shayna. Shayna definitely worth a visit if you like the beach. It is 10 Tl for the day with a grass, sand or decked area for sunbathing, something to suit everyone. We will definitely be back to this villa. Thank you also to Vincent and Judy who were very helpful throughout the holiday. The transfers and car hire booked through Nicky using A1 were excellent and very good value for money.

We had a fantastic holiday in this beautiful villa. The amazing outside space with spectacular mountain views and luxury swimming pool are second to none. We received first class care and attention from Vincent who was a credit to the owners. We would love to stay at this lovely villa again if only it wasn't always booked!

This is our second visit to Villa Amy and once again we had a fabulous time. The villa is immaculate with modern furnishing, is comfortable and has everything you could possibly need. We have a 14 month old son and we loved the fact that the pool is on a higher level which meant he could play quite happily in the garden area without us worrying about him. The villa is located near the sea with great views. It is a short car trip to Kyrenia which has a beautiful harbour and loads of really good restaurants.
The maintenance couple are on hand with any queries you may have and Nicky (the owner) is a pleasure to deal with. We will definately be returning again next year.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

We stayed here for 2 weeks in july/august. It was a lovely villa with a nice private pool and great views. It was nice to have a BBQ in the garden which we enjoyed using. We received a welcome pack on arrival and we were met by one of the property agents. We were very impressed by the 19 litres water dispenser in the kitchen which saved many trips to the supermarket for smaller bottles of water! We met the friendly property agent, Tam, who was always on hand to help with any problems.
The villa was very well furnished and a very good size for a party of 4 and could easily fit 6.
There are many restaurants to choose from and were easily accessible by car from the villa.
There were beaches near by.
Thank you to nicky for arranging the taxi transfer from Larnaca Airport and return.
I would definately be happy to return to this villa in the future.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children

Excellent Holiday

Just returned from two weeks at this luxury villa in Northern Cyprus. The villa was perfect, furnished very modern and very comfortable, with great sea and mountain views, really spacious, everything you need for a great holiday. Close to the sea and local beaches. Nice big pool, barbeque, lots of sunbeds and a great big umbella for the much needed shade!. It was easy to get to Kyrenia only about 10-15 minute drive. The harbour is really nice for a relaxing drink.
We enjoyed watching turtles hatch on the beach, kids found that really amazing!. We had some lovely meals out and would recommend Bellapias for a great traditional meal with fantastic views of the abbey lit up at night. Tam (manging the villa) was great, waiting for us on arrival, showed how to work everything and is on hand 24 hours if needed. Welcome pack included. I would definately return to this villa. Northern Cyprus was a refreshing change to the South and many thanks to Nicky for renting us her gorgeous villa. We will be back soon.
