This home is approximately 8 miles or 15 minutes to Downtown Galena. This home is NOT pet friendly.

This spacious 4 Bedroom home with Large Outdoor Hot Tub and Pool Table is nestled in a serene wooded setting in the beautiful Galena Territory. 3 King Beds, 1 Queen bed and 2 Twin beds will delight your guests. The main level of the home is the place to enjoy your friends and family. There is the living room with large fireplace, kitchen and dining room, all open to each other. There are 2 Master En Suites, one on the main level and one in the lower level, these will allow you to stretch out and enjoy some private spaces while being close to the action on the main level with open dining/living rooms and kitchen. Also on the main level is a room with 2 twin beds, this is replacing the sofa sleeper in the lower level for your +2 allowing the home to sleep 10 in beds. There is another bedroom on the second floor with hallway access to a bathroom. In addition to the King ensuite in the lower level there is also a Queen bedroom with hallway access to a full bathroom. This home had a sofa sleeper for years and it continued to get broken so the owner has installed 2 twin beds in a common space upstairs to sleep your +2.

The home is just a few minutes to the Territory Owners Club (pool, fitness center and more), Lake Galena, and close by several Golf Courses and Spa. Just fifteen minutes to historic downtown Galena and Chestnut Mountain!

You will have access to the GTA Owners Club while staying with us. The indoor pool is open year-round and the outdoor pool is open Memorial Day through Labor Day. The club is an exclusive amenity that can be used by only Galena Territory property owners and their guests. The Owners' Club includes an indoor swimming pool, outdoor swimming pool w/slides, a kiddie pool, fitness room, game room, indoor/outdoor basketball courts, tennis courts, seasonal snack bar, free WiFi and outdoor playground. Don't forget to visit Lake Galena, The Shenandoah Riding Center and hiking trails throughout the 6,800-acre property. Please remember usage of the amenities is NEVER guaranteed. We do not discount or refund due their closure.

When you book a home with us we will require 30% down, this is a payment not a deposit. The full balance is due 14 days prior to check in. If you cancel prior to the 14 days you will receive the first payment less a $35 cancellation fee. At the 14 day mark your stay will become non-refundable and dates cannot be adjusted. Your payments will automatically be processed to the card you place on file at the time of booking. Your rental agreement (sent after booking) will reflect the due dates and amounts.

Our Cancellation policy is not flexible, we highly recommend travel insurance.

Please Note: You will be required to sign an electronic rental agreement at the time of booking, we ask this be signed and filed within 48 hours of receiving to guarantee your reservation. You must be 25 or older at the time of booking and present the entire stay.

Check in details are sent 3 days prior to your arrival to the email on file. This includes the home's address, the access code and other pertinent home/area information. Early check in is never guaranteed and cannot be considered until the night before or morning of your arrival. The check in details will cover this process.
