This adorable one bedroom apartment was once occupied by renowned English writer Charles Dickens. It’s from here that he founded ‘All The Year Round’ magazine in which to publish his stories. The apartment’s original period features have been preserved and combine with modern conveniences and luxurious furnishings to create a truly unique holiday experience.

This apartment is located in a secure building. A door entry intercom system allows you to speak to visitors at street level from the comfort of your apartment.

Bedroom Facilities:

This immaculate apartment has one bedroom furnished with a king size bed that is dressed with the softest linens and cushions. Period flourishes adorn the room, including an original chimney breast with mantle. Floor to ceiling windows are perfect to gaze upon the street below.

Kitchen Facilities:

The kitchen in our Charles Dickens apartment is fitted with all the appliances and utensils needed during your stay. A state-of-the-art oven, stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, toaster, water kettle and coffee machine will make the kitchen feel like your own. Cooking utensils, cutlery and crockery are provided.

Bathroom Amenities:

Apartmet was worn here and there, but clean. All amenities I used was in working condition.

I wasn't happy about construction of shower as water goes from small fixed place and can't be targeted. But this is how it was be build, can't blame it was broken.

Apartment is small, seems it's normal for London. Ceiling is high enough to compensate it.

Location was perfect for me, i was in middle of all places I wanted to visit, exactly as descripted in web site. A lot of different places for eating just on next doors. There are no annoying neighbourhood as night clubs with loud music , relatively quiet if keep in mind it's center of London.

I am not sure if it is right apartment for right price, though. May be it is possible to find cheaper and more comfortable apartment, especially farther from centre. When I tried to book apartment for my New year travel to London, I got a lot of refusals from owners of apartments of same price and place category, so I was happy with what I got.

THIS WAS THE BEST APARTMENT THAT WE STAYED IN

This was the best Apartment that we stayed in our entire trip. I will stay here again on my next trip to London. LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION... It was a great location, super clean, and the pictures are exactly what you get...The bed was comfortable and the location is so convenient. The check in/ check out was easy, I can’t say enough about this apartment. We traveled with 3 people myself, my wife and daughter. There was plenty of room for us all and Keiran and the team provided the extra touches that many host do not.

WHAT A GREAT APARTMENT

Keiran, Charles, and Jackie what a great team!! We locked ourselves out of the apartment and there was someone there to let us in within 20 minutes! We really appreciated everything you guys did for us.

The apartment was amazing in such a good location just next to covent garden, really close to the tube, really close to the theatres and Leicester square.

It was really clean in and decorated to a really high spec!

My only complaint is that we don't live here!!
