Modern 4 bedroom villa on Obidos Lagoon with own garden and private pool.

What a fabulous find and great value! - We enjoyed a wonderful 11 days here. Everything was as described or even better.

This was our first trip to Portugal. Directions and maps provided proved invaluable in locating our destination easily. The villa is extremely spacious, modern, light, clean, comfortable and very well equipped, Max & Vivienne have thought of everything to make their villa the perfect break away - Home from home - from the welcome pack on arrival, delightful at any time, it was a real holiday bonus, particularly when we arrived at the villa at one in the morning, absolutely brilliant!

A car is an absolute necessity to reach this destination and to exlore the local area, a visit to the historical town of Obidos, 15KMs away is a must, not only to experience the heritage of the town, but also to stock up on necessities as it has the best supermarket in the area. We also enjoyed a great days shopping in Lisbon only one hours drive down the motorway.

We spent quite a bit of time chilling by the private pool. This was a bit hit with both kids and adults alike. We enjoyed a quite a few barbecues in the garden, cool drink in hand, just what was needed to relax and unwind. For those slightly more energetic afternoons, we loved the very beautiful tranquil 20 minute stroll along the lagoon side walk from the villa to Bom Successo beach - great for swimming, coffee and ice-ream.

Max & Vivienne, thank you for all your help with our booking and making sure everything was so perfect for our stay. The villa is perfect for a family holiday and we really hope to return here again. We would definitely recommend it to anyone.

The owners of this very attractive property have thought of everything you might need to ensure an enjoyable holiday.

The house, which is light and bright, is beautifully furnished and decorated and all those little extras, often missing in holiday properties, have been included. Plus plenty of great storage. We were very impressed. Even those items you wished you had brought for the beach and children have been provided!

We love to spend time on the beach and thoroughly enjoyed the very pleasant stroll along the nature reserve to the lagoon. What a treat! Stunning beach and wonderful water for swimming...

One of the highlights of our stay was visiting the gorgeous historical town of Obidos (a short 15 mins drive away) which is lovely enough to rival any Italian or French town.

Just by way of a bonus we had some of the best coffee we've ever had in a simple little cafe near the lagoon!

We will definitely book this property again and would recommend it to anyone: families or couples alike - a real gem and great value.

The house is very comfortable,good equipped, complete and spacious. The garden and pool are very well maintained.
The house is cleaned by a very efficient team of cleaners,who did a good job.
We B.B.Q.`d as well ,because it was warm enough to cook outside, when there was not that cold wind
The pool was very much favoured by the grand childeren,although the water was very cold (almost like the sea)
The walk to the lagoon and back thru the village was a favorite thing to do. We took off after dinner with all the grandchilderen, it was a nice water front for a stroll of about half an hour.

We will certainly recommend the house to family and friends
