Bromley Manor is a luxuriously comfortable Colonial Style vacation home that sits on two private acres with a fabulous sports court and large lawn area for playing games. We provide a crochet set, soccer, basketball, and football. The layout of the home is ideal for families to spend time together or apart as the home has three levels.

The main floor consists of a Master bedroom suite with an Eastern King size bed with a 40' High Def LED TV & Blu Ray, the great room features a sofa bed with 40' High Def LED TV & Blu Ray, dining area with seating for 10 guests, a wonderful gourmet kitchen that's immaculately clean with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances with gas range, and double door refrigerator and just about every small appliance a guest could ask for.

The breakfast area of the kitchen contains seating for four guests and is a dual purpose area as it also contains a workstation area with an available high speed wireless internet connection.

The lower level of the home has a game room with pool table, with direct access to hot tub. The outdoor area has a lovely fenced in patio area with BBQ and patio seating up to 9 guests. Kids can explore, play hide and go seek, and many outdoor games.

For planning sleeping capacity the bedroom layout at Bromley Manor is as follows:

About Andrew - Bromley Manor

Nine years ago our family had the privilege visiting the San Juan Islands. We instantly fell in love with the serene beauty of the San Juan's so much that we wanted to call it home someday and share this 'Special' place with our guests.

The island has something for everyone … lake's, ocean kayaking, hiking, biking, mountain trails, Orca whales, marine wildlife, eagles, and State Parks. You can even go back in time and stroll through Eastsound Village, enjoying various dining choices and shops. After a long day, guests can come back to your 'Home Away from Home,'Bromley Manor' where you can simply sit back, relax, and enjoy the natural surroundings in complete silence.

We look forward to welcoming you to Bromley Manor and know that your time here at Orcas Island will will be looked back with great fondness and appreciation!

Thank you so much for allowing us to rent your beautiful manor. We stayed there with our extended family for my husband's 40th birthday, and it was just perfect. Plenty to keep the little ones occupied and entertained and the adults were also happy and comfortable with the lush surroundings and well appointed rooms. The sports court was great for everyone, we also loved the BBQ area w/ the long picnic tables - it was nice to be able to seat everyone together for meals.Above all thank you for being so responsive to each of our needs - the added cell reception was a nice touch too. Location was great too - very central to everywhere we wanted to go. We'll definitely consider staying here again! Thanks again!

we loved this house and property it was amazing

We had an amazing stay at the manor! The house and property were immaculate and so comfortable it was just me and my fiance that stayed but we plan on returning in the future with our daughter and maybe some friends because this house is so well set up for a romantic get away or a family stay the only issue we had was that the hot tub had too much chlorine (an easily fixed issue) all in all our stay was an amazing experience on such a beautiful island and the house felt like a home away from home we will defiantly be returning soon:)

We had the best time on orcas island! The manor was absolutely beautiful and very comfortable. Everything was perfectly labeled and clear directions. I would definitely like to return to the manor on another visit!

Immaculate treasure of a home

This home was beautifully decorated, clean, and organized. The hot tub, pool table, and basketball court were all put to good use! TV in every room. You could not ask for a more lovely retreat than Bromley Manor. I highly recommend this home!

Great secluded house with some quirks

The house is huge, very secluded and the sunsets through the trees are amazing. We were there for our dear friend's birthday. We had a very good first impression of the house and owner but soon discovered to our disappointment that there was not enough toilet paper stocked and we had to use a roll that we brought with us and the other funky thing about the house was the dishwasher didn't work and the kitchen faucet dripped (we had even mentioned amongst ourselves that we should let the owner know and I wish we had- because it caused our friend to lose part of the deposit). We figured out that the dishwasher needed to be run 2-3 times to get them clean (after hand-rinsing). We are young professionals and spent all our money on the house, so we brought lots of yummy food to make there. Upon leaving, we did everything they asked on the checklist, however, a very short friend of ours left a plate in the micro that she had forgotten or not seen. We were all really shocked and surprised that later, our friend (the birthday girl), received an email from the owner complaining we had not run the dishwasher (when we had) and there were "crumbs" and confetti throughout the house. We didn't have any wild parties but by the review he sent us, one would think that we were complete hooligans. The only thing, I guess, that made all of these very minor shortcomings (in my mind) stand out- was that a couple friends that smoked cigarettes didn't pick up each cigarette butt. I guess this was against the rules, for which we are truly apologetic. However, we were penalized for their dishwasher being broken and an honest mistake of leaving a plate in the microwave. We felt unfairly attacked and bullied by the initial email contact. I wrote an email in response explaining the circumstances of the dishwasher as well as asked for pictures of the grave mess we left and didn't receive a response from the owner. Only after I posted a review did the owner even respond to the dishwasher situation. These are the cons of a vacation rental where the owners do not live locally and can't upkeep the house or see with their own eyes the state of things. For the amount of money we spent on the place, I feel the crumbs and broken dishwasher were unfairly blamed on us by the unfortunate event of the cigarette butts. This house is most likely for people with deep pockets and endless Swiss bank accounts, who will eat out and not actually USE the facilities.

Owner's Response: I'm very dissapointed in the review captured, which IS not from the primary renter listed on the rental agreement and won't go into all of the details, but will touch on some key points: We've had a total of (77) families stay at our home and have accumulated an average rating of 5 in all marketing sites. As an owner, it's never easy to report back unfortunate incidents, which has been rare. A summary was provided to the primary renter and welcomed a live conversation due to a partial refund (not full). The response received from the primary renter was very positive of the stay (see below) other than the issue with the dishwasher, and no required conversation for discussion before action was taken to issue partial refund. Respone from Primary Renter: Thanks again for the lovely rental house, it was a beautiful space and a stunning location. We had a wonderful weekend and are sorry to have ended it on a sour note with you. We found everything in the house to exceed our expectations, except I will point out that we were having trouble getting the dishwasher to work properly during the rest of our stay. I am happy to pay the extra cleaning fee if you deem it fair. After guests checked out, caretaker validated and ran dishwasher without any issues. Dishwasher IS functional, and if there were any issues, we wish a call would have made as we would have done our best resolve but not guarantee a fix given short stay. We have a seasoned team who's been with us from inception and is local on the island. Most owners do not live on the island, and we are confident in our process. As captured in our guest reviews, guests often state not just met, but exceeded expectations regarding our home along with the cleanliness and owner responsiveness. Rental agreement was signed with full disclosure by primary renter that IS very clear on the expectations and is accountable for their guests. Smoking on our property IS not a minor offense and is a violation (fire risk as well), and would have led to a forfeiture of full deposit, which I did not take Given the special occasion, I was kind enough to extend an earlier than normal check-in at no cost ($125 savings), which I happy to do so. We always welcome feedback, but do not believe we have to defend our reputation in this type of forum. We encourage potential guests to please read all reviews that will more than provide a view of our guest's consistent experience.

Perfect location for a weekend with friends

Bromley Manor was the perfect venue for a group of friends who traveled to Orcas Island for a 50K trail race. The property is conveniently located between the village of Eastsound and Moran State Park. Our party included 10 adults and the home offered plenty of room for everyone to relax comfortably. We particularly enjoyed the well-appointed kitchen, wrap-around porch and hot tub. The owner responded promptly to all requests and questions. Most of our time was spent in Moran State Park but we also visited several stores in Eastsound as well as Island Hoppin' Brewery where we sampled delicious beer. We look forward to our next visit.

Weekend at Bromley Mannor

The house was beautiful and exceeded our expectations. It was very nice to have a personalized note from the owners waiting for us along with a nice bottle of wine. The kids loved running around the property, playing basketball and hot tubing. The rooms are decorated in a lovely bird theme and are warm and welcoming. We will definitely visit Bromley manor again and will recommend it to our friends and family.

Constitution(to top).
