Fantastic holiday house with superb, uninterrupted Mount Martha Bay views, easy 5 minute walking distance to South Beach and close to Mount Martha Village.

Access to the beach is through the side gate next to the expansive enclosed private lawn area and walk across the road. Superb ourdoor living includes a glass fenced, inground 10 m x 4 m pool with outdoor furniture (seating 10), 4-burner gas BBQ and 4 x sun lounges available for guests relaxation. Enjoy al fresco private dining on the bay - the perfect summer treat!

Bella Vista hosts a remote double lock up garage, front fenced gated garden and intercom on entry. Walk into the upstairs living/kitchen and dining which opens onto the upstairs deck and be captivated by the uninterrupted bay views. You may never want to leave. There is a spacious carpeted lounge area with a small LCD TV with Foxtel available and comfortable seating to take in the bay, dining (for 8) and a kitchen with modern appliances including a view!

A gorgeous Master bedroom at the rear wing of the house with bay views, walk in robe, ceiling fan and art deco style ensuite will instantly relax. There are 2 further good sized bedrooms with robes, a separate art deco style bathroom with separate shower room and separate bathroom and toilet. A laundry is located adjacent. All bedrooms on this level take in garden and bay views.

Downstairs features a separate fourth bedroom, bathroom, large LCD TV located in a spacious second living area with a further lounge and a kitchenette/bar. There is an additional sofa bed to accommodate children in this space. Walk outside to the outdoor entertainers haven and pool deck.

This house is solid brick and keeps very cool in summer and warm in winter. Further features are underfloor heating throughout the house, a new large air conditioning unit (installed in 2014) in the upstairs living/dining area, Double Lock Up Garage and Foxtel.
