• PLEASE NOTE Departure time is strictly by 10am if you would like to stay after 10am you will need to book an extra night with a reduction of 20% and departure time would be before 3pm on the extra day. IMPORTANT NOTE. A £200 security and cleaning deposit is required when making final payment, you will be required to sign a short agreement that you agree to leave the property in the condition YOU found it on arrival. You can request a copy of this agreement before making your booking. You are expected to clean the property inc cooker and refrigerator, strip all beds and account for each set of bed linen,Towels if you hired them. PLEASE REMEMBER.... Property must be left in the same condition you found it on arrival or you WILL AUTOMATICALLY be charged a Minimum of £100 cleaning plus any breakages from the security deposit if this condition is not met in full. • BOOKING DEPOSIT £200 per week ,£400 for Xmas and new year AND FINAL PAYMENT 60 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL Deposit is non refundable after 14 days of booking. Once the final balance has been paid no refunds can be issued. Deposits and full payments are only accepted by credit card. we suggest you take out your own travel/holiday insurance as should you wish to cancel NO REFUNDS will be given particularly for flight and ferry cancellations and no refund can be given due to acts of natural disasters . We reserve the right to cancel any booking for any reason, a full refund will be given. we will only do this if matters are beyond our control. we only accept sat to sat bookings during high season. Whatever payment method reduced or full price you will still need to leave on the day of departure stated by you when booking no extra days will be permitted even if the weekly or 3 night price has been paid.
• PLEASE NOTE THE PROPERTY MUST BE VACATED STRICTLY BY 10.00 AM ON DAY OF DEPARTURE. ARRIVALS STRICTLY AFTER 4PM NO LATE DEPARTURES WILL BE ALLOWED UNLESS BY PRIOR ARRANGEMENT AS YOU MAY BE CHARGED FOR THE EXTRA DAY. IF YOU ARRIVE BEFORE 4PM THE HOUSE MAY NOT BE READY AND YOU WILL NEED TO LEAVE AND RETURN LATER.
  
  THE PERSON BOOKING THIS PARTY AND AT LEAST 1 PERSON STAYING AT THE PROPERTY MUST BE AT LEAST 28 YEARS OLD, AND NO OTHER PERSONS OVER THE MAXIMUM AMOUNT OF 14 MAY ENTER OR USE THIS PROPERTY, DUE TO INSURANCE PURPOSES.
  
  PLEASE NOTE. The paddling pool and paddocks are no longer for the use of Treelea. Treelea has its own front and rear gardens for sole use.
