Two bedroom, one bath, centrally located apartment with airy rooms and modern design. It features newly renovated kitchen, hardwood floors, light filled sitting areas and newly landscaped backyard with barbecue and deck.
Our unit is on the first floor of a three story building in the trendy East End of Portland. It has its own private entrance and easy access to the newly landscaped back yard. We own the building. There is a driveway which is shared with the tenants and there is ample parking on the street.
Steps from Portland’s Eastern Promenade and Fort Allen Park including, East End Beach, baseball fields, basketball courts, tennis courts, paved trails for bicycling, walking and enjoying picturesque views over Casco Bay.
Close to great restaurants, shops, galleries, cafes, walking trails and beaches plus only 7 minute drive to the airport and a 5 minute drive to either the train or bus station. The perfect place to return from your daily exploration of local beaches and state parks, the shopping outlets and L.L. Bean in nearby Freeport.
Portland Harbor is the city's thriving working waterfront, a hodgepodge of condos, fish markets, and ferry docks, and a jumping-off spot for cruises to several of Casco Bay's hundreds of islands. Relaxing dinner, sunset, or whale-watching cruises are also popular, or for a more active experience, you can take a sail training or sport fishing cruise.
The property features wireless internet, cable television, washer/dryer and off-street parking. The kitchen is fully stocked with condiments and basic necessities and features new stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The property comfortably accommodates three guests and is available for weekly or monthly rentals. All linens are provided.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Vesper Street apartment. The apartment is newly renovated. It is clean, comfortable and offered plenty of space for our family of three. The location is excellent. Great neighbourhood, close to the water, and some great restaurants. I would recommend this property. Its a great base to explore the lovely city of Portland, with it amazing restaurants, as well the many beautiful beaches just a short drive away.
My husband and I purchased this 3 unit after selling our home in Kennebunk. We love Portland and can't believe how lucky we are to have found this property.
Once we decided on Portland, I discovered the East End or Munjoy Hill and didn't want to look anywhere else. We are less then 2 blocks to the Eastern Prom and Casco Bay, can walk to the ferry terminal and St Lawrence Theatre and The Front Room and Rosemont Market are just around the corner.
Our unit is on the first floor with easy access to the newly landscaped back yard and with it's private front door. I love walking and bicycling around this area and being able to walk to the ferry terminal.
