This is a first floor condo on south Siesta Key. Part of a four building, 17 unit low rise condo complex occupied mostly by year-Round residents, it is especially suited for those who desire quiet and peaceful surroundings, an atmosphere we hope you will help preserve. Rooms are spacious and since this is and end unit there is plenty of light. The grounds are beautifully landscaped and well cared for and a lovely heated pool is available for your use. Facing west for the famous sunsets over the gulf your screened lanai overlooks a lagoon busy with canoes, kayaks, and fishing boats. Access to Turtle Beach and Turtle Marina is just around the end of our small lagoon, a short 3 block walk. The world famous Siesta Beach is a 5 minute drive up the island. The condo is newly renovated and is spacious and lovely. It has new quality furniture and a fully equipped kitchen for people who like to cook.

The living room has comfortable overstuffed furniture with tasteful accent pieces and all the latest electronic entertainment equipment and high speed internet along with a printer. The kitchen is fully equipped with table and chairs and all the equipment and utensils you will need for those nights when you decide to cook, though with all the great restaurants nearby, that may not be often. As an added bonus you can stand at the kitchen sink and watch the sunsets through the living room window. The master bedroom is especially nice with a dressing area, double vanity, a spacious walk-in closet, and a large double shower. Just step out the sliding doors on to the screened lanai and enjoy your coffee as you watch the boats and wildlife on the lagoon. .A reserved, covered parking place keeps your car clean and cool and your own private boat dock is just steps from your door and in full view from your lanai.

Our condo is located near the south end of Siesta Key, where things are quiet and relaxed, but just five minutes north is Siesta Key Beach, voted #1 beach in the country. Turtle Beach is a two block walk and dozens of restaurants are within a ten minute drive. with Ophelia's and Turtle Beach restaurants within a five minute walk. Your lanai overlooks a lovely heated pool and the lagoon where boats and wildlife abound. Selby Botanical Gardens is 9 miles, Van Wezen Performing Arts 12 miles., John Ringling Museum of Art 18 miles, & Mote Marine Aquarium 14 miles. Tampa Airport is 50 miles, Sarasota Airport 18 miles, Disney World 140 miles..
