Townhome, 2 Bedrooms + Convertible bed(s), 2 Baths (Sleeps 6-7)

Single story beautiful town home. Sleeps 6-7 people. Full kitchen, wrap around patio, floral courtyard. Enjoy a nice cold drink and soak in the La Sal Mountains or Moab Rim Sunsets from the courtyard. Store your toys in a 2 car garage and enjoy a nice swim or soak in the pool and hot tub.

Master bedroom features a relaxing atmosphere with a queen bed and private bathroom.

Guest bedroom features a large space with a queen bed and twin bunk beds. Screened changing area provided. A full bathroom is just off the bedroom in the hall.

Kitchen and living areas are open to one another for a fantastic social setting. Enjoy cooking a meal in if you may please. BBQ grill and full kitchen utensils are supplied. Tastefully furnished and decorated, you will be sure to find yourself cozy and comfortable here.

We enjoyed the property immensely. an only small issue is 191 is a busy road with all night traffic noise, but not a real issue... a small fan for white noise & Vala ...Reference.. we live on acreage with the closest neighbor over 600 yards away . would stay again ... Garage a nice plus ...

Lovely house and garden, perfect vacation spot

This house was a perfect start to our vacation. It is a very comfortable, quiet and lovely home with nice views and amenities. Nice big bedrooms and baths, spacious living room with open kitchen and dining, well equipped for family dining and relaxation. It is located near downtown Moab with easy access to the fabulous Arches National Park and Dead Horse Point State Park .. definitely will come again on our next visit to this amazing part of the country.

Amazing accomodations! Highly recommended.

Great place to stay. The location is great because its a very easy 5 minute drive from downtown Moab and the house is beautiful and very clean. Plenty of towels, linens, and sleeping space for multiple guests and overall very clean and comfortable. Also loved the fact that it was stocked with plenty of kitchen utensils and even had coffee and some extra spices and cooking oils. The patio is beautiful with an outdoor garden, a grill, and is a nice place to hang out and enjoy the evening. The owner is also very accommodation and is quick to answer emails should any issues happen to arise. Can't recommend this place enough and will definitely be back!

Clean, comfortable and relaxing.

The two of us had a very enjoyable stay at this townhouse. The townhouse is conveniently located just a few miles south of Moab. It was spotlessly clean, and all of the furnishings were tasteful and modern. Everything worked. The pool is just a short walk across the street. We used the townhouse as a base to explore Arches and Canyonlands National Parks, to mountain bike at Klondike Bluffs and Bartlett Wash, to take a drive around the La Sal Mountain Loop, and to get into town to shop and eat at the many great restaurants Moab offers. Becky was responsive to our questions and provided good customer service. I would stay here again if we return to Moab.
