Single story beautiful town home. Sleeps 6-7 people. Full kitchen, wrap around patio, floral courtyard. Enjoy a nice cold drink and soak in the La Sal Mountains or Moab Rim Sunsets from the courtyard. Store your toys in a 2 car garage and enjoy a nice swim or soak in the pool and hot tub.

Master bedroom features a relaxing atmosphere with a queen bed and private bathroom.

Guest bedroom features a large space with a queen bed and twin bunk beds. Screened changing area provided. A full bathroom is just off the bedroom in the hall.

Kitchen and living areas are open to one another for a fantastic social setting. Enjoy cooking a meal in if you may please. BBQ grill and full kitchen utensils are supplied. Tastefully furnished and decorated, you will be sure to find yourself cozy and comfortable here.

All of the sheer beauty that Moab has to offer as well as all of the wonderful outdoor activities makes it a must see on your travel list. This townhome was a great place for our family of 4. Lots of space and very nice appointments made for a very relaxing and enjoyable stay. A wonderful home away from home for sure! We'd stay here again with no hesitation. Thank you Becky!

Very clean and well kept. It was a great home base. A bit hard to sit outside because of close proximity to road but quiet inside. Very comfortable and well stocked house.

Perfect!

Becky, the owner, is great. The reservation was smooth, getting information from her was easy, questions we had while we were there, all answered right away via text. The house is just off the main highway, I had read people saying it was loud. We did not find it was loud. You can't hear the cars at all from inside. And at night, we stepped out often to see the full moon and cars weren't an issue. The house, inside, is great! Comfy couch, the kitchen is big and updated. I needed garlic salt and there it was! We cooked all our meals there. The bed was very comfy. The shower had several shower heads, loved that. Large, clean, empty garage. Lots of room for the bikes. It's a great stay. We'd stay there again.

What a nice place. Makes it hard to leave. The appliances are all very nice and the rooms are huge. The pictures don't do it justice. Only think that could be better is a little faster internet, other than that it was awesome.
