Agia Triada In south Cyprus is on the outskirts of Protaras. The Villa is one of a private development of only six Villas. The Villa is on a huge plot and is on a small road that leads to the beach and fishing port. The private pool is 7.5 x 3.5M. The rear of the property is South facing and has the Sun all day.Restaurants and bar's are about 10 minutes walk away in Kapparas. Pernara is 5 minutes by car, Protaras tourist centre is 10 minutes. All along this coast are beautiful beaches and coves which are ideal for diving and snorkelling. The property is near to the local bus route which travels through all the resorts in the area and on to the Water Park at Ayia Napa. In the other direction the bus goes into the nearest town of Paralimni. This is a traditional Cypriot town with supermarkets, shops, banks etc., as well as tavernas and coffee shops. A car is not essential at this property and taxis are very reasonable. However competitive car hire is readily available.

Notes

  • A £100.00 non refundable deposit is payable at time of booking. The balance is due eight weeks prior to arrival. A security deposit of £200.00 is required ( to cover any potential damages) to be paid with the final balance. The security deposit will be returned within 28 days of departure provided keys are returned and there is no damage to the property and/or fixtures and fittings.
  • The Villa will be fully cleaned prior to your arrival and after departure. Fresh bed linen and towels are provided for the Villa but please bring your own beach towels.
  • Airport transfer can be arranged if required. This will be pre-booked for you and is payable upon arrival.

Notes: The property is located on a huge plot of 275 M2 the plot space is South facing therefore has the SUN all day. There is a gas BBQ, 4 sunbeds and a patio table with comfortable chairs and parasols. Located on the main bedroom balcony are a table and chairs for breakfast overlooking the Med. Satellite TV with DVD player in the Lounge with a CD system fitted. Six chairs are provided to the Dining area for any friends that drop by. The kitchen is fully fitted with microwave, oven and hob. There is also a separate wine cooler and upright fridge freezer. The swimming pool is cleaned regularly, two to three times each week.

3 week stay in this fantastic fully equiped villa.

This was our first experience of a villa holiday in Cyprus and we had 3 fantastic weeks here. The villa offers everything you require for a perfect relaxing time,high quality furnishings throughout, spotlessly clean and fully equiped both inside and out, Wonderful pool,with plenty of outside sunbeds, table and chairs,with BBQ for those lovely quiet evenings in, or if you want to eat out a 15 mins stroll will take you to Kapparis where you will find a choice of good restuarants. Just 3 mins from the villa is a lovely safe beach with a lifeguard in attendance everyday. I would recommend a car if you are thinking of exploring the wonderful sights of Cyprus, and it is also handy for any shopping you may require, a large supermarket selling everything is just a short drive away. Buses are both regular and very cheap from the top of the road going into Paralimni in one direction and Ayia Napa waterpark in the other for those not wishing to hire a car.Bus tickets can be purchased on the bus for single journey, or would recommend for better value a daily/ weekly pass.

Excellent Villa!

We had two absolute fantastic weeks in this Villa. Everything you need in a a home, you'll find it there. The pool was great and very relaxing. If you felt for it you could just take a three minute walk to a small and nice beach. The beach was very crowded in the weekends but much calmer during the weeks.
You have pubs and restaurants not far from the Villa (15-20 min by foot), but I recommend that you hire a car.
David the owner was very helpful with information and organising our stay as was Kevin who look after the Villa. We would highly recommend this Villa as it has everything you could want for a lovely holiday. We'll for sure try to come back!

THIS VILLA IS LOVELY IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR SPOTLESSLY CLEAN ACCOMMODATION, QUIET DAYS AND NIGHTS.THE OWNER DAVID WAS MOST HELPFUL, AS WAS KEVIN WHO LOOKS AFTER IT FOR HIM. THEY BOTH HAD A WEALTH OF KNOWLEDGE OF THE SURROUNDING AREAS, SO IF IT IS YOUR FIRST HOLIDAY IN CYPRUS, IT WAS VERY HELPFUL. WE HAD A CAR FOR THE WHOLE HOLIDAY, WHICH I THINK IS A BONUS, WE WERE ABLE TO VISIT FRIENDS AND COME AND GO AS WE PLEASED. WEATHER WAS FANTASTIC, AND A BONUS HAVING A LOVELY CLEAN POOL. WE CAN'T WAIT TO BOOK AGAIN. WE HAVE NO HESITATION IN RECOMMENDING THIS VILLA TO ANYONE.

FIRST IMPRESSIONS OF VILLA, SMART LOOKING, GOOD LOCATION. WE WERE PLEASANTLY SURPRISED WHEN WE WALKED INTO THE VILLA, IT WAS SPOTLESSLY CLEAN AND MODERN, WITH ALL THE FACILITIES FOR A GREAT SELF -CATERING STAY. DAVID, THE OWNER WAS MOST HELPFUL, AND KEVIN, WHO LOOKS AFTER THE VILLA HAD A WEALTH OF KNOWLEDGE OF THE SURROUNDING AREAS. WE HIRED A CAR WHICH WAS A GOOD IDEA, SO WE COULD COME AND GO AS WE PLEASED. WE REALLY ENJOYED OUR STAY, AND ARE LOOKING FORWARD TO BOOKING AGAIN FOR NEXT YEAR. excellent villa in a quiet location near the beach

This was our first experience in a villa and we certainly not disappointed. The villa was excellent and contained everything you would find in your own home. It was spotlessly clean,light and airy and had plenty of linen and nice towels.It was great having the pool to cool off in when you got too hot. The outside space was brilliant too where you could sit and have a drink in the evening and watch the sun go down.There was a small sandy beach 5 mins from the villa which was never over busy and very safe for children. There are a couple of pubs within walking distance but nearest restaurants are about 15 to 20 mins walk in Kapparis itself. The local bus service (top of the road turn left for about 5 mins) is very good and runs approx every 20mins and it only costs €1 to go as far as Ayia Napa and I'm told they run until 4am! We visited Pernera and Protaras quite a bit as there are a lot more shops,bars and restaurants but it was nice to head back to the peace and tranquillity of the villa. David the owner was very helpful with information and organising our stay as were Kevin and Jean who look after the property.We would highly recommend this property as it has everything you could want for a lovely holiday.
