5 Stunning 2 bedroom self-catering apartments in Central London- all non-smoking

Three and four star accommodation,just 5 minutes walk to Kings Cross/St Pancras(Eurostar).This is a MAJOR transport hub for national and international travel.The City of London,West End and all Zone One destinations are accessible in 10 minutes by underground. We are located only 1 hour away from all London airports yet situated in a quiet residential street.The apartments are in a Victorian terrace and are aprox 60sq/m.Four have two double bedrooms with 1 ensuite,a living room with sofa bed,separate bathrooms with bath or shower cubicle, kitchen/dining room. Flat four is a penthouse with jacuzzi bath but no ensuite.There is a Tesco supermarket,an M&S food hall and pharmacy close by. Please note the flat has no disabled access or elevator.

The owner speaks fluent English/French/German/Italian and Arabic and is available by phone to respond immediately to any queries .

We do not offer parking and strongly recommend you do not bring a car as parking is very difficult and expensive

Notes to the rental rates

The price includes tax, bath and bed linen and heating.

If you stay for more than a week, the price includes a weekly cleaner and a change of bed and bath linen.

Check in is at 2.00pm and check-out is @ 10.00am. Luggage can be stored at the St Pancras International station Left Luggage facility (opening times Monday to Saturday 6am-10pm, Sunday 7am-10pm). The office is located at the end of St Pancras station (the opposite side of the Eurostar terminal) and is at the back of the domestic ticket office.

Kings Cross-St Pancras has been transformed: St Pancras is a lively, bustling area with many restaurants, bars and cafes including the longest champagne bar in Europe (in the Gothic St Pancras International station). You will find a Time Out guide to London’s restaurants and shops in the house. The area has seen a great deal of development in recent years and visitors who remember Kings Cross-St Pancras from days gone by will be surprised at its transformation. Victorian canalside warehouses have been restored to house new apartments, restaurants and bars and crumbling industrial buildings have been swept away to make way for new hi-tech offices, shops, art galleries (including the cutting-edge Gagosian Gallery) and Kings Place, a new concert hall that is home to the London Sinfonietta and offers concerts and cultural events nightly. The British Library is a 10 minute walk away - treasures include Mozart scores, Beatles lyrics, Shakespeare First Folio and Magna Carta (1215).

The flat is in a quiet side road with restricted one way traffic 5 minutes walk from Kings Cross St Pancras station (zone 1) with its excellent transport facilities. Most central London destinations are a 10 minute tube ride away. The British Museum is in walking distance and the British Library is around the corner. Please refer to the map.

VISITING OUR FLATS BY CAR: We recommend you do NOT bring your car,there is superb public transport facilities at the doorstep..There is very limited parking on the street,it is expensive and all on meters.In addition there is a daily 'Congestion Charge' to drive into central London (tel: +44 845 900 1234) for further details.Please check www.ncp.co.uk for the nearest secure car park if you absolutely must bring a car.

Sleeps up 4/6 people. 3 star, secure, modernised maisonette on ground floor & garden levels. The maisonette is part of a Victorian terrace and is 60sq/m. it’s located in a quiet residential one-way street. There are 2 double bedrooms. It has a main bathroom along with an en-suite bathroom (to the master bedroom). It has a fully equipped designer kitchen with all mod-cons along with having a dish washing machine (NB there is no washer / dryer machine - there is a service wash facility close by). It has a large open plan kitchen / dining room with a TV/DVD and has a sofa bed which can accommodate 2 people. Please note the maisonette is non-smoking, There is no disabled access and no elevator. The flat’s ideally located in the heart of London, 5 minutes walk away from Kings Cross/St Pancras stations (Eurostar). This is a major transport hub for national and Int travel (six subway lines}. Easy access to all major London airports and stations. Close to Islington/shops. The City of London, West End and all Zone 1 destinations are accessible in 10 minutes by underground. We’re within walking distance of: British Library & some London Uni’s, colleges & hospitals. The British Museum is one stop away on the underground.

Great location, nice accommodation!

Property was clean, as described. Great location. Plenty of restaurants in the vicinity. very well connected with tube station nearby. Debbie is very helpful and a fantastic host - she was kind enough to allow late check out on day of leaving which was a huge help (we had a flight to catch, and an infant with us).

It was with great trepidation that we booked this flat, having heard of the different scams related to vacation rentals operating in London. Bookinng on VRBO provided some solace.

One look at the flat and our fears were put to rest. We arrived on a exceptionally warm day at 2230 at night, tired from a long flight and had trouble locating the address, in desperation we called Debbie and woke her up from sleep. She was a sport and calmly guided us to the flat. This incident speaks volumes about her courteous and caring attitude.

We were travelling with two teenagers and the flat was adequate for us . We spent a delightful one week at the flat. The flat is located at one of the most convenient location in Central London, One can access all tube lines as well as major national & international Rail network. It was a piece of cake for us to take the Eurostar to Paris from this flat.if you want a neat , clean and convenient location to stay at London then book this flat immediately without any further thought.

Perfect apartment to explore London!

This is the second time that our family stayed in one of these flats and we couldn't have been happier! The location is unbeatable as it is only a short walk to the Kings Cross train/ tube station. Also there is a Tesco right around the corner to stock up on some basic items. Another great plus is the proximity to Regent Canal, where you can run/ walk along the Canal on a foot-path all the way to Camden Market.
The apartment was clean and well-equipped and Debbie immediately responded to any questions or concerns we had! What we missed in Flat 36-2 this year was a dining table big enough for our family of 5. Because of space constraints there was just a breakfast bar for 3. Flat 34, where we stayed previously, did have a dining table, though.
Check out the Spanish Tapas restaurant with a lovely courtyard called "Camino" at 3 Vanishers Yard close to Kings Cross Train Station. Great place to have drink and tapas, especially on a warm summer night!
Also stop by the "Blue River Café" for breakfast a few doors down the road. Good food and very friendly, they will even store your luggage for you!
I couldn't recommend the apartment any higher. We will definitely stay there again on a future trip to London!

Great flat

This flat was perfect for our family of 2 adults and 2 teens. Pictures are exactly as shown, no surprises whatsoever! The flat was spotlessly clean and had everything we required for our 10 day stay. The beds were comfy, the kitchen was very well stocked and location was very convenient to King's Cross/St. Pancras; close to grocery store and several decent little restaurants. A pub directly across the road caused some noise at night, especially since it was mid summer and all windows remained open. This didn't take too much away from our enjoyment of the flat however, and in winter I'm sure would be no issue at all.
