5 Stunning 2 bedroom self-catering apartments in Central London- all non-smoking

Three and four star accommodation,just 5 minutes walk to Kings Cross/St Pancras(Eurostar).This is a MAJOR transport hub for national and international travel.The City of London,West End and all Zone One destinations are accessible in 10 minutes by underground. We are located only 1 hour away from all London airports yet situated in a quiet residential street.The apartments are in a Victorian terrace and are aprox 60sq/m.Four have two double bedrooms with 1 ensuite,a living room with sofa bed,separate bathrooms with bath or shower cubicle, kitchen/dining room. Flat four is a penthouse with jacuzzi bath but no ensuite.There is a Tesco supermarket,an M&S food hall and pharmacy close by. Please note the flat has no disabled access or elevator.

The owner speaks fluent English/French/German/Italian and Arabic and is available by phone to respond immediately to any queries .

We do not offer parking and strongly recommend you do not bring a car as parking is very difficult and expensive

Notes to the rental rates

The price includes tax, bath and bed linen and heating.

If you stay for more than a week, the price includes a weekly cleaner and a change of bed and bath linen.

Check in is at 2.00pm and check-out is @ 10.00am. Luggage can be stored at the St Pancras International station Left Luggage facility (opening times Monday to Saturday 6am-10pm, Sunday 7am-10pm). The office is located at the end of St Pancras station (the opposite side of the Eurostar terminal) and is at the back of the domestic ticket office.

Kings Cross-St Pancras has been transformed: St Pancras is a lively, bustling area with many restaurants, bars and cafes including the longest champagne bar in Europe (in the Gothic St Pancras International station). You will find a Time Out guide to London’s restaurants and shops in the house. The area has seen a great deal of development in recent years and visitors who remember Kings Cross-St Pancras from days gone by will be surprised at its transformation. Victorian canalside warehouses have been restored to house new apartments, restaurants and bars and crumbling industrial buildings have been swept away to make way for new hi-tech offices, shops, art galleries (including the cutting-edge Gagosian Gallery) and Kings Place, a new concert hall that is home to the London Sinfonietta and offers concerts and cultural events nightly. The British Library is a 10 minute walk away - treasures include Mozart scores, Beatles lyrics, Shakespeare First Folio and Magna Carta (1215).

The flat is in a quiet side road with restricted one way traffic 5 minutes walk from Kings Cross St Pancras station (zone 1) with its excellent transport facilities. Most central London destinations are a 10 minute tube ride away. The British Museum is in walking distance and the British Library is around the corner. Please refer to the map.

VISITING OUR FLATS BY CAR: We recommend you do NOT bring your car,there is superb public transport facilities at the doorstep..There is very limited parking on the street,it is expensive and all on meters.In addition there is a daily 'Congestion Charge' to drive into central London (tel: +44 845 900 1234) for further details.Please check www.ncp.co.uk for the nearest secure car park if you absolutely must bring a car.

Fantastic Apartment in the Heart of the City

This was our family's first visit to London and it could not have been better. The apartment was in an ideal location, and although it is advertised to be 5 mins away from the Kingscross underground, I think it is actually closer!? The apartment was exactly as advertised, and was really ideal for our family during our week's stay.

Before we arrived the communication from Debbie (the owner) was very clear. We arrived very late in the evening and had no issues. Debbie was very friendly in my communication to her, and if I had any issues she was very responsive.

The apartment was very very clean, and the beds were made and ready to be slept in upon our arrival. The kitchen is fully equipped, and to my surprise they had stocked garbage bags, toilet paper and paper towels in the apartment. (In many rentals you are forced to do this on your own.) Having the washer and dryer in the apartment was also a big bonus! (Especially when travelling with two children.)

There is a Tesco around the corner, and we made our way there the first day. There was a pub directly across the street from the apt (no noise worries!) and we visited there in the evening for a quick pint before retiring for the evening. There were also about 10 coffee/breakfast places on the way to the underground, so each morning we never had an issue if we didn't want to cook.

All in all I would definitely book this apartment again without hesitation. It was clean, suited all of our families needs, and a fantastic location.

Very clean apartment near tube station

This apartment is located a couple of blocks from the nearest tube station. The rooms are quite not very big, with kitchen and laundry facilities - making it a good alternative to a hotel if you are going to be staying more than a couple of days.

Spacious and conveniently located

We were very happy with this stay, our second in this property; the location is perfect for us, with convenient local transport options . On this occasion we were in Flat 4 (the penthouse). The property is exactly as described, clean and well maintained, and comfortably large by London standards. By using the sofa bed we slept five people at various times as family and friends visited, but sleeping accommodation (in Flat 4) is essentially two bedrooms, each with a double bed. Previously we had stayed in Flat 2, which is on the second floor and a little larger, and in which the living room (with sofa bed) can be closed off. The kitchen and laundry facilities (combined) really come into their their own during a two-week stay, and with a local supermarket nearby, home cooking was quite practical when we wanted a change from eating out, or having pizzas delivered. Five stars doesn't mean perfect. The stairs are pretty steep and narrow, which can't be helped, but we would have liked a full-length mirror, even if only in one of the rooms. In summary, this accommodation is practical, comfortable, convenient and good value. That's why we decided to stay a second time - and we weren't disappointed.

Super Stay in London

We stayed in apartment 4 and loved it! It is in a great location, can't beat being able to walk out of the train station and to your apartment in only a few minutes. Getting to the tube is super easy from here. Debbie is fantastic! I sent her many emails with tons of questions yet never felt like she was annoyed with me. She took the time to answer all my emails. She is very good at what she does. You do have to pay 2 months in advance which made me a little nervous but like I said, Debbie knows what she is doing, no worries! She is trustworthy and cares a lot about about making your stay great. We are a family of 5 and had plently of room. Highly recommend!

Great location and apartment

We stayed here for 5 nights in July 2011. The apartments are in an excellent location. There are very close to St Pancras and Kings Cross stations. We also walked into central London and to Tower Bridge in an hour. Interesting walks. We stayed in Apartment 4 which is spacious and confortable. Instruction on the use of the TV would be helpful though we worked it out eventually. Well set up kitchen. The beds are lovely but the sofas are not so good to sleep on. would certainly stay here again.
