5 Stunning 2 bedroom self-catering apartments in Central London- all non-smoking

Three and four star accommodation,just 5 minutes walk to Kings Cross/St Pancras(Eurostar).This is a MAJOR transport hub for national and international travel.The City of London,West End and all Zone One destinations are accessible in 10 minutes by underground. We are located only 1 hour away from all London airports yet situated in a quiet residential street.The apartments are in a Victorian terrace and are aprox 60sq/m.Four have two double bedrooms with 1 ensuite,a living room with sofa bed,separate bathrooms with bath or shower cubicle, kitchen/dining room. Flat four is a penthouse with jacuzzi bath but no ensuite.There is a Tesco supermarket,an M&S food hall and pharmacy close by. Please note the flat has no disabled access or elevator.

The owner speaks fluent English/French/German/Italian and Arabic and is available by phone to respond immediately to any queries .

We do not offer parking and strongly recommend you do not bring a car as parking is very difficult and expensive

Notes to the rental rates

The price includes tax, bath and bed linen and heating.

If you stay for more than a week, the price includes a weekly cleaner and a change of bed and bath linen.

Check in is at 2.00pm and check-out is @ 10.00am. Luggage can be stored at the St Pancras International station Left Luggage facility (opening times Monday to Saturday 6am-10pm, Sunday 7am-10pm). The office is located at the end of St Pancras station (the opposite side of the Eurostar terminal) and is at the back of the domestic ticket office.

Kings Cross-St Pancras has been transformed: St Pancras is a lively, bustling area with many restaurants, bars and cafes including the longest champagne bar in Europe (in the Gothic St Pancras International station). You will find a Time Out guide to London’s restaurants and shops in the house. The area has seen a great deal of development in recent years and visitors who remember Kings Cross-St Pancras from days gone by will be surprised at its transformation. Victorian canalside warehouses have been restored to house new apartments, restaurants and bars and crumbling industrial buildings have been swept away to make way for new hi-tech offices, shops, art galleries (including the cutting-edge Gagosian Gallery) and Kings Place, a new concert hall that is home to the London Sinfonietta and offers concerts and cultural events nightly. The British Library is a 10 minute walk away - treasures include Mozart scores, Beatles lyrics, Shakespeare First Folio and Magna Carta (1215).

The flat is in a quiet side road with restricted one way traffic 5 minutes walk from Kings Cross St Pancras station (zone 1) with its excellent transport facilities. Most central London destinations are a 10 minute tube ride away. The British Museum is in walking distance and the British Library is around the corner. Please refer to the map.

VISITING OUR FLATS BY CAR: We recommend you do NOT bring your car,there is superb public transport facilities at the doorstep..There is very limited parking on the street,it is expensive and all on meters.In addition there is a daily 'Congestion Charge' to drive into central London (tel: +44 845 900 1234) for further details.Please check www.ncp.co.uk for the nearest secure car park if you absolutely must bring a car.

Good experience all around!

It was the first time for my parents to go on vacation abroad so I was really hoping to have a comfortable place to come home to after sight-seeing each day. The location was perfect (King's Cross tube/trains connects to everything) but removed enough from the train station that it was very quiet. The living space was perfect for hanging out as a family and the fully-equipped kitchen + washer/dryer for laundry was extremely convenient. No problems with the internet either! Plenty of space, clean, good beds... Can't say we had any complaints =) Hope to visit again sometime!

Great flat at a great location!

We were two parents with one adult daughter and the flat was perfect. Lots of room to move around and to have privacy. Everything in bathroom and kitchen worked great. The kitchen had lots of accessories for cooking and a washing machine and dryer that we used. I was on business so I could get ready and leave each morning without disturbing my wife and daughter. I also found the wifi to be flawless for our stay with lots of bandwidth and compatible with my company VPN. Travel was a breeze with King's Cross station just a few blocks away with several underground lines passing through. We arrived by Eurostar at St Pancras next to King's cross and left from Heathrow, a direct ride from King's Cross on the Piccadilly underground line. A few minutes to the flat in both cases. The bar across the street was a bit noisy on some evenings, especially karaoke night, but closed by 11 so it was not a problem for us. Otherwise, the flat was very quiet. There were windows on both sides of the flat so it was easy to keep cool during our visit.
We found excellent restaurants nearby including the North Sea fish and chips place and the Dolcetto trattoria nearby. We also enjoyed a traditional breakfast and coffee at the Blue River Café just outside the apartment door. A small shop with fruit is next to the café, and a large grocery store is a block away on the way to King's Cross. We took a walk along the London canal from Camden Town, where we had lunch at some great international food carts, to the flat (about 2km).
The owner made the arrival and departure very easy with a key safe and everything in the flat was nicely decorated and maintained.
I would definitely stay at this flat again if the opportunity arises. I would also recommend it to anyone who needs the extra bath or some extra room for a family.

Extremely convenient

A Comfortable Stay with Family

We were completely satisified with our stay at Flat 36 (3). The apartment though slightly smaller in size has been very well set for the guests and is in close proximity to King Cross Station. There are grocery shops around including many Halal Food shops, strong positive for us. Within the apartment all was provided that could be required for short stay travellers. In dealing we found Debbie kind and very professional. All things were as we had been told. Thank you Debbie for making our trip to London comfortable and memorable.

Wonderful location - great apartment!

We had a great week in this apartment - two adults and two children in Flat 3, 2nd floor. There was plenty of room and the apartment was well and thoughtfully furnished and fitted out. There was everything useful in the kitchen and, though a bit cramped, still enough room for 4 to sit at the table to eat. The bathroom was well appointed, clean, modern with an attractive brick wall on one side. The bedding was new and clean and all was well maintained. We really appreciated thoughtful touches like cooking basics, bin bags, etc. I would love to stay in this apartment again and thank Debbie and Ray for their helpful communication and lovely property.

The flat is warm and cozy and in a great location. Tesco and M&S are close by. However, the kitchen could have equipped with a couple more pot and pan & the frying pan was not in usable condition.
