5 Stunning 2 bedroom self-catering apartments in Central London- all non-smoking

Three and four star accommodation,just 5 minutes walk to Kings Cross/St Pancras(Eurostar).This is a MAJOR transport hub for national and international travel.The City of London,West End and all Zone One destinations are accessible in 10 minutes by underground. We are located only 1 hour away from all London airports yet situated in a quiet residential street.The apartments are in a Victorian terrace and are aprox 60sq/m.Four have two double bedrooms with 1 ensuite,a living room with sofa bed,separate bathrooms with bath or shower cubicle, kitchen/dining room. Flat four is a penthouse with jacuzzi bath but no ensuite.There is a Tesco supermarket,an M&S food hall and pharmacy close by. Please note the flat has no disabled access or elevator.

The owner speaks fluent English/French/German/Italian and Arabic and is available by phone to respond immediately to any queries .

We do not offer parking and strongly recommend you do not bring a car as parking is very difficult and expensive

Notes to the rental rates

The price includes tax, bath and bed linen and heating.

If you stay for more than a week, the price includes a weekly cleaner and a change of bed and bath linen.

Check in is at 2.00pm and check-out is @ 10.00am. There is a left luggage facility available @ St Pancras International for reference where you are able to store your luggage. The opening times are: Monday to Saturday: 6am - 10pm / Sunday: 7am-10pm. The office is located at the end of St Pancras station (the opposite side of the Eurostar terminal) and is at the back of the domestic ticket office.

Kings Cross-St Pancras has been transformed: St Pancras is a lively, bustling area with many restaurants, bars and cafes including the longest champagne bar in Europe (in the Gothic St Pancras International station). You will find a Time Out guide to London’s restaurants and shops in the house. The area has seen a great deal of development in recent years and visitors who remember Kings Cross-St Pancras from days gone by will be surprised at its transformation. Victorian canalside warehouses have been restored to house new apartments, restaurants and bars and crumbling industrial buildings have been swept away to make way for new hi-tech offices, shops, art galleries (including the cutting-edge Gagosian Gallery) and Kings Place, a new concert hall that is home to the London Sinfonietta and offers concerts and cultural events nightly. The British Library is a 10 minute walk away - treasures include Mozart scores, Beatles lyrics, Shakespeare First Folio and Magna Carta (1215).

The flat is in a quiet side road with restricted one way traffic 5 minutes walk from Kings Cross St Pancras station (zone 1) with its excellent transport facilities. Most central London destinations are a 10 minute tube ride away. The British Museum is in walking distance and the British Library is around the corner. Please refer to the map.

Perfect for families.

This flat was perfect for our family of 2 adults and 2 teens. Pictures are exactly as shown, no surprises whatsoever! The flat was clean and had everything we required for our 10 day stay. The beds were good, the kitchen was very well equiped and the location was very convenient to King's Cross/St. Pancras. There was a grosery store (Tesco) right around the corner. The wireless internet acsess were a little bit unstable at times, but mostly it worked just fine for e-mail and "facebook"surfing. We will absolutely recommend this apartment.

We spent a week in this flat with our two kids (7 and 6 y.o.), and we found it perfectly located for London exploration, placed in a quiet area, and very well equipped, clean and confortable.
Good pub across the street (not a noisy one), optimal for end-of-day relax, several food stores and small restaurants (try the Ethiopian) at minutes walking.
We had a rainy week, and this cozy shelter made it nice to be back home from our wet trips. Everything was working properly, both in the kitchen and the rest of the flat, with a special care to details.

We were four adults and one baby, and the stay was great. The apartment has almost everything you can need. I missed a mixed for my baby but I am really convinced that Debbie would have provided one quickly. Moreover, all described in the property page It is in an area plenty of restaurants, one Tesco Metro is very very close and underground and rail station are five minutes walking. Also, I would like to highlight the professionalism of Debbie (daughter owner). In summary, the apartment is very confortable, clean, well-connected and decorated nicely.
Recommended for:  Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

Excellent for a family

This has been an excellent option for visiting London. It is very well located (5 minute's walk to King's Cross) and the apartment provides anything one needs to have a really comfortable stay. Rooms are spacious and full of light. Everything is as new. The area is very quiet so you can have a good rest at the end of the day. Quite a lot of useful information is provided by the owners so we felt at home from the very beginning. If you travel with teenagers (as we did), the wifi connection was something they appreciated very much at the end of the day because they could keep in touch with their friends at home. And there's a Tesco supermarket nearby in case you need it. We will positively recommend this apartment to our friends.

This apartment was recommended by friends who had also been on a family holiday, and it lived up to our expectations.

The location is fantastic...a short walk to Underground and "above ground" trains, and wonderful for us as we arrived on the Eurostar from paris at St Pancras station...minutes away. Also literally 2 minutes to Tesco supermarket around the corner, little shops closer.
Also walking distance to the British library and a bit further to British Museum etc., although we caught buses to many of the attractions.

The apt was extremely clean and beautifully furnished (Ikea style), with new appliances etc. So lovely with white walls and nice sofas etc that could be daunting to keep pristine if you have young children? Small but functional and modern kitchen. No dishwasher but it was great to have a washing machine. Also wonderful to have an ensuite for 1 bedroom and bathroom for the other.

Also we were on 2nd floor (my choice, as I like to look out on the street) which means 4 small flights of stairs so not for those with problems walking. The stairways were getting done-up while we were there, so a bit chaotic, but I bet they look nice now.
There is a handy system to enter and a key safe which saves the stress of having someone meet you there at an appointed time.

Debbie, our hostess, was very helpful in all arrangements.

If I'm lucky enough to get to London again I would be very happy to stay here again.
