5 Stunning 2 bedroom self-catering apartments in Central London- all non-smoking

Three and four star accommodation,just 5 minutes walk to Kings Cross/St Pancras(Eurostar).This is a MAJOR transport hub for national and international travel.The City of London,West End and all Zone One destinations are accessible in 10 minutes by underground. We are located only 1 hour away from all London airports yet situated in a quiet residential street.The apartments are in a Victorian terrace and are aprox 60sq/m.Four have two double bedrooms with 1 ensuite,a living room with sofa bed,separate bathrooms with bath or shower cubicle, kitchen/dining room. Flat four is a penthouse with jacuzzi bath but no ensuite.There is a Tesco supermarket,an M&S food hall and pharmacy close by. Please note the flat has no disabled access or elevator.

The owner speaks fluent English/French/German/Italian and Arabic and is available by phone to respond immediately to any queries .

We do not offer parking and strongly recommend you do not bring a car as parking is very difficult and expensive

Notes to the rental rates

The price includes tax, bath and bed linen and heating.

If you stay for more than a week, the price includes a weekly cleaner and a change of bed and bath linen.

Check in is at 2.00pm and check-out is @ 10.00am. Luggage can be stored at the St Pancras International station Left Luggage facility (opening times Monday to Saturday 6am-10pm, Sunday 7am-10pm). The office is located at the end of St Pancras station (the opposite side of the Eurostar terminal) and is at the back of the domestic ticket office.

Kings Cross-St Pancras has been transformed: St Pancras is a lively, bustling area with many restaurants, bars and cafes including the longest champagne bar in Europe (in the Gothic St Pancras International station). You will find a Time Out guide to London’s restaurants and shops in the house. The area has seen a great deal of development in recent years and visitors who remember Kings Cross-St Pancras from days gone by will be surprised at its transformation. Victorian canalside warehouses have been restored to house new apartments, restaurants and bars and crumbling industrial buildings have been swept away to make way for new hi-tech offices, shops, art galleries (including the cutting-edge Gagosian Gallery) and Kings Place, a new concert hall that is home to the London Sinfonietta and offers concerts and cultural events nightly. The British Library is a 10 minute walk away - treasures include Mozart scores, Beatles lyrics, Shakespeare First Folio and Magna Carta (1215).

The flat is in a quiet side road with restricted one way traffic 5 minutes walk from Kings Cross St Pancras station (zone 1) with its excellent transport facilities. Most central London destinations are a 10 minute tube ride away. The British Museum is in walking distance and the British Library is around the corner. Please refer to the map.

VISITING OUR FLATS BY CAR: We recommend you do NOT bring your car,there is superb public transport facilities at the doorstep..There is very limited parking on the street,it is expensive and all on meters.In addition there is a daily 'Congestion Charge' to drive into central London (tel: +44 845 900 1234) for further details.Please check www.ncp.co.uk for the nearest secure car park if you absolutely must bring a car.

FLAT 34, has been renovated (SPRING 2014) and is our sweet secure modernised maisonette on the ground floor and garden levels. Its part of a Victorian terrace and is 60sq/m. It’s located in a quiet residential one-way street. There are 2 double bed rooms (1 en-suite). It has 2 sofas in the large open plan kitchen / dining room that can both convert into large single beds which can each accommodate 1 person (x2). It has a fully equipped designer kitchen with a washing machine, drying & dish washer machine. It has a TV/DVD. It’s non-smoking & there’s no disabled access and no elevator. The flat is located 5 minutes’ walk away from Kings Cross/St Pancras stations (Eurostar). This is a MAJOR transport hub for national and International travel (SIX subway lines and buses}. Easy access to all major London airports and stations. Close to Islington/shops. The City of London, West End and all Zone 1 destinations are accessible in 10 minutes by underground.

Appartement très agréable dans un quartier sympa avec des commerces. Très pratique car proche des gares de Saint-Pancras et King's Cross. Le centre de Londres es très facilement accessible par métro.

Great property and location

This place is in a great location, less than 10 minutes away from King's Cross and St. Pancras station. We are 5 adults and we stayed for four nights. There's plenty of room for all of us. The place is easy to find, the check-in process is very convenient. Debbie was very helpful - I sent her so many e-mail enquiries and she answered every single one of them. Thanks :)
I love the fact that Tesco is very close, and so are many other restaurants. This place allowed us to enjoy London so much, it definitely made our vacation so much better! I definitely recommend this place!

Very nice appartment

We (family with 2 adults and 3 teens) had a perfect time in central London. The apartment is very clean and has everything needed. The location is brilliant for discovering London, very close to Kings Cross and shops and TESCO just round the corner. We can imagine, that the near-by Pub creates some noise at night with people standing outside - but it was no problem during our stay - no, I must say for an apartment that central of London it was very quiet.
Everything with the booking and support from the owner was perfect.
We stayed 5 nights which is of course not enough to see everything of London and if we come back we would book this place again.

Great stay

A great place for a stay in London. My husband, son and I traveled from the US and stayed in this flat in September for a week. Arrangements all went smoothly on Home Away. Description is accurate. Location is great because it is very close to the tube and international train and bus stations. To get to the city of London was about 3-4 stops on the Piccadilly line. Heathrow Airport was straight shot on Piccadilly line about 54 min to tube, then a 5-7 min walk to flat. Supermarkets and restaurants are very close to flat for shopping needs. Flat is on a residential street and fairly quiet, we heard occasional police or fire sirens and local traffic. There is a pub across the street, but it was never loud enough to bother us. Flat is clean, rooms are small, beds comfortable. Dressers provided for clothes and hanging rack, no closets. It got warm at night because we had warmer temps while we were there, no ac. Flat could use some updating like in showers, tile grout is stained and moldy, sinks are tiny!! Toilet leaked. Bathrooms are very small, but showers work great. Kitchen was equipped to cook with pots, pans and utensils, but there are no cooking items like oil, spray, seasonings, foil etc. There is a washer and dryer and dishwasher. I requested laundry soap and owner provided. You have to provide your own coffee or tea.etc. There is nothing provided there. They do supply toilet tissue and paper towels, no toiletries. Owners are very attentive and accessible if needed. There is a Book of info with helpful ideas in flat on ideas of what to do and see during stay. We had a great time, and we would recommend the flat, just know it is not new or fancy, but comfortable, clean and affordable due to its location. I think more than 4 adults would be too much. Sofas turn into beds, but apt is small. A small family would do great. We were not in the flat a lot, mostly at night or mornings. We were out walking and sightseeing most of the day. We ate breakfast and couple of dinners in the flat. Tesco is a great supermarket with fresh sandwiches and things to cook. We did not eat at any of the local places near flat except we picked up a kebab wrap at a local place and it was excellent! We walked all over this area and enjoyed the International train station. There appears to be several nice places to eat there. We also walked to the British museum from the flat and the Canal Museum.

Excellent value for money

The property is in an excellent location, less than 5 minutes walk from Kings Cross Station. Supermarkets and restaurants are nearby. The property is well kept, comfortable with extensive modern equipment, the only slight drawback is the absence of a bath, although there are two showers. The owner is very helpful and accommodating, we would certainly recommend this property for rental.
