About this property

Gated, southern style composed of small buildings built in wooded park directly on the sea and a fine sandy beach. The residence offers games and Gardens areas (ping pong, volleyball, solarium) and a pool for toddlers.
The apartment is a T2 for 4/5 people. The living room has two single beds and 1 pull-out bed, TV. Table and chairs for 5 people. It opens onto a south facing terrace overlooking the park and the sea. The room has one double bed and a cupboard. The kitchen has a fridge freezer, microwave oven, electric plate (x4), dishwasher and storage space. The bathroom has a bathtub and a plan with sink; toilet are separated.
Access to the beach on foot (50 meters) through the flowers and trees of the residence gardens.
A private covered parking in the residence is available.
Small shops and restaurants are also within walking distance (5 minutes) .From the summer many markets in nearby villages. A bike path runs along the seafront.

Totally relaxing seaside resort

Neat little flat with a generous balcony and a view straight out to the sea. Fantastic location in a quiet apartment complex featuring a children's pool, volleyball court etc. as well as private, direct access to a beautiful beach. Three restaurants / bars on the beach to choose from. This is a relatively undisturbed part of the French coast west of Saint Tropez, so you won't see any concrete behemoths here. The flat sleeps up to 4 (double bed in the small bedroom, two single beds in the living room/kitchen area. The kitchen area is well furnished. Communication with Mireille was friendly and simple. We were warmly received despite our delay. A gem not to be missed.

Propriétaire accueillante et de bon conseil, appartement impeccable dans une résidence très agréable, propre, bien entretenue, parc fleuri et un accès direct à la plage de Pramousquier (au pied de la résidence), qui pallie largement l'absence de piscine. En résumé, c'est vraiment un bon rapport qualité/prix

Super Familienurlaub

Der wunderschöne Strand ist zu Fuß sehr gut erreichbar ohne dass eine Straße überquert werden muss. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind in direkter Umgebung. Wir haben einen tollen Familienurlaub in Pramousquier verbracht. Das Appartment und die Anlage sind sehr gepflegt und sauber.

Très bon séjour

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine dans l'appartement de Mme Lacombe. L'appartement est fonctionnel, bien équipé et convient parfaitement pour un couple et deux enfants. Il a l'avantage d'être assez frais, et on peut déjeuner et diner sur le balcon, vue mer. La plage est au bout du jardin de la Résidence, aucune route à traverser. Un petit coin de paradis!
