Un grand appartement

L'appartement est très grand et il convient à une famille de 4/5 personnes. La résidence est sécurisée et très calme. L'appartement est bien équipé. En revanche un bon nettoyage de printemps ne serait pas superflu.

Paul est très accueillant et sympathique.

L'arrêt de bus est très proche, de nombreuses statitions de metro ou "rer" sont donc accessibles en fin de zone 2.

Le quartier est agréable avec des petits coffee shop et restaurants variés, le centre commercial tout proche permet d'avoir tout à portée de main.

The flat is large and convenient for a family. The building is sécurised and quiet. The flat is full equiped.

A big Spring cleaning would be necessary.

Paul is helpful and friendly.

The bus stop is nearly and allow to catch tube at the end of zone 2.

The neighbourhood is Nice with plenty of restaurants. The shopping center is a 50 meters.

Great place!

It is an OK location if u are in london for holiday. There's bus stop just outside the complex to get to east putney tube station then take District line to get to central london. For the price it is great! There's also a big shopping mall next to the complex with the regular stores, primark, h&m, tkmaxx, uniqlo etc so if u dont feel like going to oxford st to shop this is a great alternative. Cooperative, tesco express, and sainaburys just walking distance.

Now about the property, very nicely decorated. Bedroom is huge, if u dont mind sleeping on the floor u can take sleeping bag with you, that should accomodate 2 ppl. Sofa bed might be a bit hard but still fine. The only problem we had really is hot water. It is intermittent, the hot water was just enough for two people to shower, then it gets cold again. But the central heating was working great, i even had to remove my duvet some nights because it was really warm.

Overall we had a nice stay! ;)

Owner's Response: I am very glad you had a great stay. The immersion switch next to the hot water boiler is shown to all guests, especially if more than 2 people. Once that is switched in for 15 minutes it provides plenty of hot water as back up to normal needs. Thank you for staying and I hope to welcome you back soon, Best wishes Paul

good location - very quiet

the location is good, especially if you are interested in south west London, plenty of buses and the tube at walking distance. A big shopping center with plenty of shops and supermarkets just across the street. The owner was very helpful and flexible and responded promptly to our requests with very short notice. Thank you Paul!

The apartment is located on the 1st floor of the building (there is a lift) and has a sunny terrace even if surrounded by other buildings. It is located in a pedestrian area and is very very quiet even when sleeping leaving an open window. The property and the furniture don't seem brand new (especially the kitchen stuff) and the bed is not very large (queen size) and a bit soft. The bathroom is large and comfortable. We used the wifi internet connection and it was fast. We didn't use the TV. Some of the furniture are not suitable for families with small children (silk screen, glass coffee tables...).

Great apartment....perfect for the 4 of us and it really is a large 1 bed giving us the extra space and outside space ....we thoroughly enjoyed the stay, very well equipped and furnished.
