good location - very quiet

the location is good, especially if you are interested in south west London, plenty of buses and the tube at walking distance. A big shopping center with plenty of shops and supermarkets just across the street. The owner was very helpful and flexible and responded promptly to our requests with very short notice. Thank you Paul!
The apartment is located on the 1st floor of the building (there is a lift) and has a sunny terrace even if surrounded by other buildings. It is located in a pedestrian area and is very very quiet even when sleeping leaving an open window. The property and the furniture don't seem brand new (especially the kitchen stuff) and the bed is not very large (queen size) and a bit soft. The bathroom is large and comfortable. We used the wifi internet connection and it was fast. We didn't use the TV. Some of the furniture are not suitable for families with small children (silk screen, glass coffee tables...).

Beautiful apartment....perfect stay

Great apartment....perfect for the 4 of us and it really is a large 1 bed giving us the extra space and outside space ....we thoroughly enjoyed the stay, very well equipped and furnished. We were also able to travel to all the places we wanted to get to within just 30-40 mins. Thank you for 5 star service at very reasonable prices...

Excellent location and nice appartment

The appartment is very convenient for family and group travel: just 1 minute walk to commercial center and shops, restaurants and bus stops with several lines connecting to tub and railway stations. The appartment is cosy, clean and fully furnished with kitchen, fridge, and washing machine. Good value of money. The owner is nice and flexible. I will certainly come back for my next holidays.

Smoke filled room

This flat was not as advertised. The location was good except that the entrance was dark and through a back alley. The street was covered with trash. The flat was obviously used by a heavy smoker and the cleaners tried to mask that fact with heavy use of chemicals. The back deck had a fence that was lying over with trash on the deck. Master bedroom had one sheet and one coverlet over a thin and bumpy mattress. The hide-a-bed had no cushion, one sheet and one thin dirty blanket. No pillows. The "persian " rugs were paper thin. The kitchen had a film of smoke over everything. We left after an hour with headaches and watery eyes.

Owner's Response: Clearly this 5/5 apartment normally rates very highly, the other reviews show this, the previous client must have smoked and this has been addressed with specialist commercial cleaning firm and it is back to its very high standard.
