3 Bedrooms. 100 Feet from the most beautiful part of Seven Mile Beach.

We rent out 3 of the 4 units in this private complex. We also own Homeaway 3471737 & Homeaway 3569018

Luxury Condo Unit on Boggy Sand Road.

At night you can hear the waves breaking on Boggy Sand Beach, the best part of Seven Mile Beach.

Spacious with open plan Kitchen, dining area and living room leading on to the balcony with seating for 4.

The Master bedroom also leads onto the Balcony area and has an on-suite.

There is a second bedroom with bathroom. The 3rd bedroom is setup for reading or playing boardgames with 2 twin beds.

There is a washer and Dryer in the unit's laundry room. Windsong is a small condo complex of only 4 units.

There is an outside BBQ area and pool with loungers.

The complex and Condo is kids friendly and we can provide everything you will need for your baby e.g.. crib, stroller, bath etc.

Our family had the most remarkable vacation in this beautiful condo on Boggy Sand. Morne and Shani were warm, delightful hosts who have created the most beautiful, fully appointed condo! The beds were comfortable, the condo was lovely with all of the amenities you could ask for. And the beach... we loved the beach with its gorgeous clear, blue water. Truly our most wonderful vacation in every way!

Spectacular Condo on a Spectacular Beach

The condo, our hosts, Morne & Shani, and this trip delivered in every way possible. As Island locals, Morne & Shani directed us to off-the-beaten path restaurants, little-known ship captains for excursions to Sting Ray City and Coral Gardens, local parties and festivities, and all other sorts of things that only locals are privy to knowing. We are already planning our return visit to the condo early next year for another Cayman Island adventure. Our only regret is that we only had a week on the island.

Fabulous place on the best beach

This is one of the best holiday rentals I have ever stayed in, and I have stayed in a lot of them, all over the world. The rooms are spacious and well decorated and equipped. We were even supplied with a local mobile phone! The place was spotlessly clean. It was very well situated, near a fantastic restaurant (Al Fresco), supermarket, and the best beach on the island.

We had a couple of minor problems, none of the landlord's making or fault. But they were fixed the moment we told Morne. Even on a Sunday, his caretaker Ruaneik came to fix them. What fantastic service.

We had the most idyllic 10 days here, and it was the perfect beach and diving holiday. Thank you so much Morne and Ruaneik for helping to make our stay one that will give us very fond and happy memories for years to come.

All you could ever want....

We were extremely happy with this condo and everything it had to offer. I think we took advantage of everything - the paddle board, the 2 kayaks, the beach chars and umbrella, the salt water pool, the list could go on and on! Morne was extremely helpful with recommendations to local restaurants and activities and responded to our inquiries immediately.
The condo couldn't have been more comfortable and well maintained. Everything we needed was there - beach chairs and towels, umbrella, masks and snorkels, and plenty of towels for each.
We LOVED the location of the condo. It was a short stones throw to the water and it was far enough away from the hustle and bustle of cemetery beach. The water was beautiful and we even saw sea turtles swimming right in front of the condo! It was quiet and it seemed like we had a private beach all to ourselves. We will definitely be back!! Thanks Morne for making our vacation a truly memorable one!!

The Windsong was a tropical oasis, just steps away from the beach. The condo was beautiful with all of the needed amenities and household supplies provided. The kayaks and paddle board were a definite plus. We have already booked our return trip!

Great for a large party and private beach

Great location on Seven Mile Beach with access to a much quieter stretch of beach. We rented 2 condos for 10 people which meant we could easily connect with each other. Exceptionally clean and well maintained. The bedrooms and living space were excellent and although the amenities were generally good, there were 6 people in one condo and only 4 sets of crockery. The pool area was smaller than expected and would benefit from more loungers and chairs around there. As a result we walked to the beach and spent more time here. The owner was quick to respond to queries via email and we received excellent information regarding checking in and out etc. A manager met us on arrival and also showed us the condo's facilities. I would recommend this property to a family, the supermarket is close by as is the beach and some good restaurants. However, it is a little further along SMB for easy access to bars if you don't want to drive. For us, it worked brilliantly and would stay here again in the same situation.

Owner's Response: We provide each condo with 4 lounge chairs in the storage closet with a beach umbrella and cooler and snorkel gear. It is the guest's choice if they wish to lounge at the pool or beach with these lounge chairs.

100 Feet away from the most beautiful beach on the Island.

Boggy Sand Beach is the last part of Seven Mile Beach with private residences. You will find Multimilion dollar mansions next to 100 year old Shacks and that is what gives Boggy Sand Road it's unique feel. The Kittiwake Shipwreck is a 5 minute swim from shore. Cayman Turtle Farm and Dolphin Discovery is 5 minute drive away. Cemetery Beach and Reef is right next to Boggy Sand Beach. Barkers Nature reserve is 5 minutes away and great for kite surfing and horse back riding. Many fantastic local restaurants. Fosters Supermarket is 2 minutes away if you would like to stock up on food and drinks. We are less then 10 minutes away from Camana Bay with Shoppes, Cinema and lots of restaurants and free evening entertainment over weekends. Morgan Harbour and it's great restaurants are 5 minutes away.
