We rent out 3 of the 4 units in this private complex. We also own Homeaway 3471737 & Homeaway 3569018

Luxury Condo Unit on Boggy Sand Road.

At night you can hear the waves breaking on Boggy Sand Beach, the best part of Seven Mile Beach.

Spacious with open plan Kitchen, dining area and living room leading on to the balcony with seating for 4.

The Master bedroom also leads onto the Balcony area and has an on-suite.

There is a second bedroom with bathroom. The 3rd bedroom is setup for reading or playing boardgames with 2 twin beds.

There is a washer and Dryer in the unit's laundry room. Windsong is a small condo complex of only 4 units.

There is an outside BBQ area and pool with loungers.

The complex and Condo is kids friendly and we can provide everything you will need for your baby e.g.. crib, stroller, bath etc.

Serenely tranquil. Perfect location

Upon our arrival, the property manager was extremely helpful in pointing out all the amenities, closes restaurants, beach access, grocery stores, etc. The property was just as described--no surprises. The location is fantastic. You are a 5 to 10 min drive into the heart of 7 Mile Beach, and yet far enough away to enjoy the serenity of the island. Beach access is just across from the front gate. The beach is amazing with wonderful snorkeling. The property was extremely well maintained with a great pool, landscaping, comfortable beds, and laundry amenities. We will definitely stay here again on our next scuba excursion.

Beautiful condo, quiet neighborhood, acurate photo

Amazing property, gated (although back gate always open), quad condo building, 2 downstairs and 2 upstair units. Photos listed are very accurate so you know what you are getting. We stayed in unit 4 upstairs had enough room for 3 couples or two families to stay in. Very clean with all modern amenities and appliances. Super comfy couch, beds and bedding. Plus tons of fun stuff to enhance your stay including snorkeling gear, kayaks, paddle board and bikes! 50 feet from a nice quiet private beach just across the access road. Just off shore is is world class coral reef! What more could you ask for? As for us we will certainly be returning to CI for years to come and if this property is available at that time we will certainly rent from Morne again. He made the deposit and payment transactions smooth and easy and promptly returns your security deposit within a week of vacating.

Incredible Experience, and Incredible Value!

My wife and I had the pleasure of staying here for a week in September 2014. Our first wonderful experience started with the owners who were very accessible, friendly, and easy to work with.

Upon arrival, it is way nicer than the pictures show. It's a 4 unit condo that looks like a beautiful home residence (2 upstairs and 2 downstairs). The condo has an outdoor pool and barbecue grill in the acres and acres of backyard; along with your own outdoor closet filled with lawn chairs, bicycles, snorkels, kayak, and seemingly all water sport items for your use. The inside is super-clean and cozy. It has both air conditioning and ceiling fans, and is equipped with anything and everything you can think of or want....phone, Wi-Fi, all modern appliances, lots of extra clean towels, blankets/sheets, cooking and glassware, even two decks of cards, and a champagne bucket!

The location is near the end of a little street, which only the few residents back there use, so it's incredibly private and quiet. Just a quick walk across this street is the beach; and what many locals throughout our trip kept telling us is the best beach on Grand Cayman, and a hidden gem. We went to the beach nearly every day, and at its busiest, this beach never had more than 10 people -- sometimes we were the only ones there!

As for accessibility to other things, it's 1 minute drive to a grocery store, and continuing that direction is a 5 minute drive to the Turtle Farm; which is an absolute must-see. If you drive the other way, it's a 5 minute drive to the very nice and very famous Seven Mile Beach, and 10 minutes beyond that is the airport.

We thoroughly researched accommodations all over the island. We realized while we were still there that we made the best choice by picking this place. This condo is stunningly beautiful, ideal location, clean, safe, and an incredible value for what you pay. We would absolutely recommend the stay for anyone.

In fact, we loved it so much, my wife and I are looking into information about buying the other ground unit that is currently on sale!

Beautiful Condo by the Beach!!

What a great condo and terrific location!! Out of all the beaches we visited on the island I can honestly say that the one in front of this condo is the most peaceful and beautiful. The condo itself was large, spotlessly clean, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The deck was a very nice area for meals and the pool area was a great place to relax. The condo came with all of the beach supplies one could ever wish for such as snorkeling gear, beach chairs, umbrellas, kayaks, and a stand up paddle board! Plus a brand new BBQ outside!! The owners Morne and Shani are so incredibly hospitable, welcoming, and kind. I could not recommend this condo enough! What a great experience. Thank you Morne and Shani!!

Magnificent!!!!!!

This place was fantastic! It was spacious, clean, and the beds and pillows were so comfortable. AND it comes equipped with kayaks, paddle boards, beach chairs and snorkeling gear, which we used every day! It felt like we had our own private beach! We cooked or grilled most of our dinners, and ate on the patio, and then would go back for night swimming, or to watch the sea turtles lay their eggs (we were there in September). Morne & Shani were the most wonderful hosts -- they know the island well and always had the best suggestions about what to do. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Beautiful Condo near gorgeous beach

Our family of 5 adults spent a most wonderful week at this condo. It was spacious and comfortable, beautifully decorated, with comfortable beds and a wonderful veranda off the living room where we lounged and ate together. Seven Mile Beach is completely gorgeous, as clean and blue as in the pictures, and literally across the street. We were in the water several times/day. The condo had beach chairs, umbrellas, kayaks, a paddle board, and snorkeling equipment. We used it all! Morne was so helpful in making suggestions for what to do on the island, where to eat and catch happy hour.
I would definitely recommend this as a place to stay.

Boggy Sand Beach is the last part of Seven Mile Beach with private residences. You will find Multimilion dollar mansions next to 100 year old Shacks and that is what gives Boggy Sand Road it's unique feel. The Kittiwake Shipwreck is a 5 minute swim from shore. Cayman Turtle Farm and Dolphin Discovery is 5 minute drive away. Cemetery Beach and Reef is right next to Boggy Sand Beach. Barkers Nature reserve is 5 minutes away and great for kite surfing and horse back riding. Many fantastic local restaurants. Fosters Supermarket is 2 minutes away if you would like to stock up on food and drinks. We are less then 10 minutes away from Camana Bay with Shoppes, Cinema and lots of restaurants and free evening entertainment over weekends. Morgan Harbour and it's great restaurants are 5 minutes away.
